I’ve always had a very good shopping experience at Euro Car Parts @ Basildon. Good deals and a courtesy phone call when the order is ready for collection.
My last experience was really amazing. Had ordered a work light which was upgraded to a very expensive one by the manager without any extra cost. Whatever was the reason for the swap but I could have been refused sale on non availability of the item instead of the swap.

Good level of stock holding, plenty of parking, central location.
The returns policy is excellent although as always, this means you are often buying items that have been returned and taped up.
I have had things where bits are missing and even incorrect parts put back in. They always change it promptly if that is the case but that is not much consolation when you are upside-down under your jacked up car with the wrong part in your hands.

Man dont buy anything from this place unless you have a couple of hours to collect your order. I have no idea why they have a click and collect system as you still have to que as if your placing an order and then you still have to wait whilst they pick it too?

The service art front counter was exceptional good, however I have been to this branch 2 times and also called by phone gor an order placed last Saturday. Collectikn Friday, NO, firstly the order was given to a customer in Stanford-le-hope. Another coming from Woodford. Be there by 3.13pm. I phoned to confirm and was told it would be there. NO, not there, been sent now to Barking. The picking staff seem not to be able to understand pre-orders maybe. Shocking service EURO CAR PARTS FAIL

Very bad customer service I had an order on 22.04.20 and went to pick it up as it said it was ready but whem i went there the girl was a racist as I had accent and she was telling that nothing left in stock I asked for a diferent battery and her answer was that there is no battery's at all in stock. Never ever coming there again they dont know how to treat customers.
