I called last week in urgent need of a hose for my pressure washer, as elite car care was reasonably local to me. The exact hose wasn’t stocked here as it’s very uncommon, however Alex was keen to help me work out a way of it fitting, with attachments etc, and I could pick it up same day. In the end I never ended up purchasing as I found another way round the problem temporarily, however I’m impressed by the service and will certainly be using Elite Car care in the future!

I have been using the services of Elite Car Care for around 10-12 years now. They always have an amazing array of products and brands to choose from, always given great advice and I have always received first class service. There is a reason why I am still coming back after all these years and I am fairly hard to please :).
Keep up the awesome work Elite Car Care and hopefully I can write another well deserved review in say, 10 - 12 years time.

I have been trying to get my car wrapped in Paint Protection Film for a couple of months now, visited the site and was told someone would be in touch, that didn't happen, tried calling repeatedly but no call back.
While I initially had difficulty getting hold of Elite they have now completed the work I wanted done on my car which was a full wrap in Paint Protection Film and the wheels refurbished. This work was completed on time and to such a very high standard I have to say I will not go anywhere else again. These guys are passionate about what they do and the cars in their care, truly exceptional.
If you have trouble reaching them persevere it is worth it!!

29.Mar.2021: UPDATE : issue with used item was fixed (vendor problem, item has been replaced by now) thus I am adding +2 starts. For another unsuitable item - waiting for a refund.
23.Mar.2021: My order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item was obviously not new and used before - description never mentioned that; description of another item was incomplete and part was unsuitable. Seller never replied to several emails, phone call and message on their web site I sent trying to solve it for a week.

Somewhat disappointing experience. Purchased a £200+ dryer and received a visibly shop soiled item. After multiple emails the company said they'd send a replacement. I suggested that I'd be okay to accept the shop soiled item if they could make a token refund of the amount of the courier charge, which would save administration and cost. Never heard anything back from them after that.

THE SELLER LIES, HE IS NOT HONEST.
I bought a product because it was in Stock, but it was not true, he did not have the product.
When I contacted the seller to ask him to refund the amount after waiting 1 week for a new shipment of product to arrive from the supplier, that was when he told me that the new shipment from the supplier had just arrived.
It is not honest because while I was waiting for the supplier's product to arrive, he meanwhile changed his eBay listing encouraging people to buy this product saying that he had few units of the product left. "He had no product in Stock and he was lying saying that he had few units left to sell."
Lies saying that the shipment of the product is Urgent.
I paid 22 Pounds / 25 Euros for the urgent transport by plane to Spain and it was not sent urgently, it sent the product with ordinary character. The result has been that after 35 days I received a notice of the arrival of the package and I had to go to the Post Office to receive the package.
I paid 22 Pounds / 25 Euros for an Urgent shipment, and this seller has cheated and scammed me and sent it ordinary.
35 days after sending the product, I had to go to the Post Office to pick up the product.
You have to completely distrust this seller:
1. SCAM WITH THE PRODUCT DELIVERY
2. LIE TO CUSTOMERS SAYING THAT YOU HAVE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN STOCK (Elite Car Care product purchased on eBay >> Gyeon Q2 Mohs 100ml Set-Extreme 9H / December 2020)

The majority of the order was fine except for the snow foam lance and the underbody pressure washer lance which were the value items. They seem to swivel when connected to my Kranzle 1050p.
The snow foak lance also leaks where the metal meets the plastic. I don't normally leave negative reviews, however I've emailed elite car twice (4th of feb and 15th of feb) and I also called and left a voicemail. No one has gotten back to regarding my queries. I gave two stars rather than 1 because the other products were fine but I won't be using elite car care again.
Edited: Adjusted the first sentence so that it reads better. Spoke to Alex today, he's agreed to sort it out the issues.

ordered a couple of in stock items on saturday which were needed for the following friday morning... chose the 48 hour delivery option... no problems I thought!!.. right... you see where im going.... so I finally got a conformation that the product had shipped on Tuesday evening.. so it takes 48hrs to process an order for some polish and glaze!!!! To top it all the courier (Royal Mail) failed to deliver as arranged... So that leaves me running round at the last minute trying to find replacement product...
This was my first order (and probably my last) from this company and it has not been impressive... far from it.
Bottom line.. dont rely on this company to process orders in a timely manner.
No comment on packaging or product as I havent seen it yet!!!

I have been a customer of Elite Car Care, for cleaning products, for several years so when my new car arrived it was an easy decision who I would trust to fully detail the car. Alex carried out a full clean, polish, seal coat including the engine bay ( and the wheels treated twice as per my request) and PPF covered. Absolutely stunning results and I couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation recommending Elite Car Care so a big thank you to Alex for the professional service he provided.

Really good experience with these guys, especially in difficult times. Great range of products and whilst not always the cheapest they have free delivery and even in these difficult times they shipped the products really quickly. Unfortunately some of the items were not in stock and whilst they sent replacements, which was brilliant, they weren't the same as advertised. Alex was excellent at dealing with this and sent me a free polishing pad to make up for this which was exactly what i needed. Really pleased with Elite Car, excellent customer service, they will be my first port of call to satisfy my growing detailing fetish.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
The worst customer service I have ever received never ever order from this company go elsewhere ordered products for here for my business and then to find out next day delivery is not possible so ask for a small discount as I have had to rearrange my jobs and to be told my order is cancelled and in there words "I know you didn’t, I cancelled the order.
Not prepared to deal with somebody as unreasonable as you.
Buy your products elsewhere….
What a joke never order from here completely unreasonable could of very simply said no sorry we could not offer a discount and that would have been fine now I'm left without products

I wanted to add some extra items to an existing order placed, this was done very quickly and smoothly without any fuss. Products were very well packaged without any blemishes, leaks or damage which isnt always the case with other companies. Recieved next day delivery at 10am by DHL. For many years I’ve known that Elite can make cars bright and shiny. I also knew that they can provide a wide range of products for both keen DIYers and the professionals to do their own detailing.
What I didn’t realise, until recently, is that they and their ‘trade only’ repairers can create magic.
A severely dented door panel, creased right across the swage line, may have easily resulted in a repaint and the consequential challenge of colour matching with adjacent panels. The result achieved via Elite’s ‘Paintless Repair’ technician was way beyond my expectation. It looked as though the original damage had never happened.
Similarly, a scuffed alloy wheel was not only given the invisible repair treatment, but was an identical match with other wheels on the car.
As ever, great service, prompt response and a high-quality result. Huge thanks from a happy customer.

5 Stars all the way here. I always think the biggest key thing on a review is pretty simple - would I recommend these guys to my friends and family. Whole-heartedly yes. I was a little nervous leaving my new 911 (well 2015) as I hadn’t had it long! I’m glad I did. The level of finish was outstanding. I had the ceramic polish (full car, interior, alloys). The car looked absolutely amazing, and is far easier (and quicker) to clean now. I’ve been lucky to have a few nice cars, and have always had them detailed, or polished etc - but this was up a level. The interior (leather bucket seats) had some blemishes to the leather - removed! The bumper had some slight stone chips - removed! The back of the seat had a little mark I couldn’t shift.. really annoyed me... and what do you know... removed! (And I didn’t mention it!) ... The guys are friendly (and obviously well trained), Alex the owner is a nice guy, informative, yet not pushy in any way. One very happy customer ????

Very Unprofessional and Poor attitude ,Online Prices are reduced for reason .Supplied Autoglym Product £35 and Product is scuffed /damaged and product no leaking and certainly not damaged in transit as not damage to BOX .But the Big Issue is Product only Had 75% of its contents and Alex at elite car Care says this is not issue its normal fill and tries to claim I'm trying to claim discount ?? Pardon me NO i want a product not faulty as described and i reiterate under Consumer Credit act you are obliged to REFUND or exchange any products that are faulty within these 14 days and provide return Postage label .NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER TO PAY WHEN CLEARLY NOT THEIR ISSUE.I also suggest You keep your own self opinionated arrogant communication to Yourself ALEX and i will furthermore unless resolved take issue up with my Credit card provider whom will immediately reverse this transaction and also you can debate this out with them over the next 8 weeks SO NO WIN For you for not been amicable IM AFRAID. AVOID this Merchant at all Costs .Regards Shaun .

The last couple of years many detailing products have become available on the Belgian market, but I always keep coming back to Elite Car Care since I can find almost everything I want / need with one supplier.
International shipping costs are OK, but best is to use the pricing to your advantage so that it's worth buying abroad.

Im not one to share reviews or infact type any reviews! We all have different expectations of the word Customer Service. On this occasion (without boring you all) I felt that The Director went above and beyond to meet my expectations! I had an issue with a delivery, he was quick to address the problem, and sort it out swiftly! The online store elitecarcare is by far the best website in my humble opinion! The product brands and variety is pretty huge! Everything can be found on it! The prices are pretty decent, generally a few pounds cheaper than most competitors! This place has my future custom for sure! Thanks for your efforts & continue your great ways of doing business!
