On entering the store I was greeted and helped as soon as a remember of staff was available, they dealt with my queries and got my purchase dealt with accordingly and efficiently. The staff was polite and very helpful they maintained an appropriate distance, was wearing masks at all times and offered help where possible.

When I have visited the Scunthorpe store the assistants are very interested in helping me to find the product which I am looking for. Once I have finished my shopping I am acknowledged at the till by a polite and smiley face. The assistant asked me if I had finished my shopping and found everything I was looking for.
The staff are very nice and make you feel at ease whilst shopping using no pressure for sales.
There is always a member of staff at hand and often if they are unsure of something they will ask a colleague.
I have shopped at Halfords in Scunthorpe regularly over the previous two years and I always encourage my friends and family to shop there too.
I booked my MOT at Halfords last year and the service was excellent.

Absolutely Nothing wrong with the staff but Halfords as a company need to make sure the staff fully understand the procedure of promotions ie vouchers and how important that offer in these times are.it’s an immaculate kept store and the staff are particularly helpful, especially Patience. When you say you can change a car light bulb, just because they have to take a small panel off is no excuse not to do it. Just ask for permission!!! don’t just say “Oh no I can’t be doing that” other than that very helpful.

Halfords is a great place to shop as far as I know, I haven't been there personally but my young nephew shops there frequently for bike parts safety gear etc and he is always happy with his purchases.

I came into store last week looking for a specific electrical socket I was bit vague as to what I needed I asked a member of staff for her help she was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING so knowledgeable professional helpful her name was Patience what an asset to the Lakeside store thank you very much

Social distancing rules adhered to at all times and just a generally pleasant experience.

Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, they also provided recommendations of products that they use which helped make my decision on what to buy. I also selected a new phone holder for my car which luckily I checked with a staff member as it wouldn't have worked with my car so they saved me additional time and money exchanging it - also recommending one they use with the same type of vents so I knew it would work.

Popped into Halford to find replacements for two inner tubes for two separate bikes for work purposes. Was served immediately by staff, who were able to quickly select two inner tubes after being shown photos on a mobile phone of the bike tyres. A great service delivered by polite and knowledgeable staff. Would always recommend to anyone who has any bike related queries for help.

Nipped in to grab some H7 bulbs and De-Icer today. Was going to fit the the bulbs my self when I got home but decided to get them done in store. This guy literally did the job in 5 minutes. Saved me getting my hands dirty and probably 40 minutes of my own time. Brilliant service! Highly recommend this store to anyone. Huge thanks to the bloke who did the work and the friendly lasses who served me initially. 5 out of 5 stars for Halford Scunthorpe!

I STRICTLY WRIGHT ABOUT THE BIKE DEPARTMENT
I belive they do their best with the training they are given, however its like Russian roulette who you speak too about bikes and parts as I believe there are only a couple of staff members who know what they are on about the staff who work in this department would highly benefit from cytech training so they could give better and a more professional service.
It would also be benneficial to have dedicated wheel builder and suspension personnel that way they could actually build a full bike to a higher standard and possibly start to amend the reputation of not been great bike mechanics
