Employees are all always very helpful. If I have a question about the thoroughness of a wash, they will always send me through a second time. Unlimited monthly washes are a good deal if you can go 4 times or more in the month. One complaint would be that it seems like you move through the wash much more quickly when they are very busy.

It's great that vaccums/spray/wipes are provided for free, and the tunnel wash did a great job on the outside! They are missing signage explaining the difference between laser wash and the tunnel- a guy came out to my car window to explain which was helpful as I had never been there before

The last time I came there was a very long wait, but it was worth the wait. They did a great job and got the car super clean. I would recommend and can tell you that I am going to come return since although the wait is long, you get your car washed properly.

Sure, if you just want a car wash, it's perfect, but for what you pay, you get very little compared to delta sonic.
This one doesn't even have vaccums!

Pretty good automated car wash - but a few areas for improvement !
1.
The noise level at the end of the tunnel when the vehicle is blown dry is excessive - very uncomfortable if you have sensitive ears.
2.
The wash is all spinning brushes, which is ok for most vehicles, but there is no "touchless " option - so if you want to improve the chance of nothing getting scratched or broken off the vehicle - you cannot use this car wash at all.
3.
All of the Royal Car Wash locations have self-serve vacuums, some locations have the vacuums set up to run at no additional charge like Delta Sonic - but the Henrietta location is wedged into a small lot and does not have any vacuums at all - so had to take off another star for that in Henrietta.

But besides no vacuums, a good car wash - and staff is very friendly!

Was just there whole pass. Side of my car didn't even get touch by brush's... Bugs still on front of car... Called they said come back we will redo... Still have bugs... Whole point is to get a clean car.

If you're looking to get a good wash of your vehicle go someplace else. The wash is uneven and dose not rinse off leaving a streaky white residue. On top of that the machinery will absolutely dent and scratch your car all up. You'll essentially be paying to get your car banged up and look gross.

Fantastic customer service! We were concerned about our black truck and they even set it up so the brushes used less pressure and upgraded our wash to try it out. Definitely gave us the Royal treatment. Would highly recommend.

I've never seen such a trashy car wash! I paid $20, what the vehicle looked like before it was cleaned, and how dirty it was after it was washed! And scratches! What a disappointment! Never wash a car here again！

If there's ever a line it's only a couple of cars. Staff seems attentive and competent. Our other car has a delta sonic membership and if I had to pick one I'd pick royal.

I have been getting my car cleaned here for over a year. In the last month i have been seeing circular indents in my car right in a row, what ever wax was uses has stuck to my car and did not get cleaned off, and there are now white scuff marks.
This has been so disappointing because it is such a convenient loaction and good price. But it's not worth thw damage.

Wow what a nice place. It was our first time there on a Sunday. They were super busy but kind and courteous. They even place a guard over the back windshield wiper to protect it. My car was throughly cleaned.????

Much better than other major car wash. I dealt with Bobby the site manager about month a half ago. I stopped by to get some info and a single car wash to see how good it is. He offered me coupon to try my two vehicles and very professional, welcoming, answering many Qs with a smile and by next day I signed up all my 3 vehicles with royal car wash. I have noticed they take time and spray cars very good especially the tire area. Also auto wash happen to wash better including spraying more water so in the end I notice my car better cleaned. They tie up your back windshield wipers so it does fly open during wash.

Great place for a quick wash. Easy pull up, no lines easy to use kiosk. I usually go here to get a wash. 10$ for a solid undercarriage and car wash. Hard to pull out left from the was onto Jefferson road.
