Got the most expensive wash and was not impressed at all. I would of been better off getting the cheapest one. All the vaccumes I tried to use were broken one way or another. The only positive thing I have to say is the employees were nice.

Asked to get the 159.99 deluxe interior and exterior coat or paint protector (or whatever it’s called) and was denied because they didn’t have enough people and they had to “go to lunch”. I try to make an appointment but I have to leave my car for the day and that’s only on weekdays (most people work during the week no?) so I’m like whatever give me just the deluxe interior for 99.99 with just a regular wash. They took almost an hour. Inside the car was perfectly clean. But they didn’t even put my mats back. I have to go back in and ask where my mats are they tell me they’re in the trunk? They didn’t explain to me why they didn’t put them back on or where they were. Anyways the outside of my car was full of hand marks and the windows not exactly fully cleaned. For 99.99 I expect way better. Have been going here for years but the last 2 times I’ve been there have really been disappointing. If that’s the kind of service and product you gonna give for that price then that’s sad. And the mats stank too.

I am a member of the car wash club here. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is they had on guy doing everything cause it was slow but because it was only on person getting the cars into the wash their was s line when there should not have bern one. Otherwise they do a great job washing the car.

So sad. Obviously Shield is under new management. I have been going here for a very long time. They took the paint off of my car by putting a solution on the car and then closely power washing it. They will not fix the damage they created.

Payed for a best wash I believe and my car didn’t get a fully cleaned wash. Staff was also rude and laughing while I was asking questions about the different washes. I’m out $21 and I would like a response from the owner and a rewash if possible. Thank you.

Great car wash. Been using it for a few years and have never had a problem. Pricing is fair and the unlimited packages are a good deal. Also, they do a much better job of prepping/pre-washing cars prior to going through the car wash than any I’ve been to.

Got the best wash for $21 and the car was not FULLY washed properly. Water marks, and dirt marks still on various sections of the vehicle. Waste of money, along with rude staff! Very disappointed.

Stopped by for the first time. As I was pulling in my left wheel as the aligned with the track as I couldn’t see it. The attendant started yelling and then very condescendingly spoke to me as I corrected it. The staff also wasn’t wearing masks.

I brought in the dirtiest car imaginable. It had 5 years' worth of dog hair and dirt inside. I had them do the full interior detailing with shampoo, plus an outer wax. When I got it back the car looked like new. I was amazed. Whoever cleaned my car must have really slaved over it, and I appreciate that.

Review is for the Vacuum's and Car Wash. The vacuums are good for large areas but forget about trying to get under your seats or the sides of them. The hard plastic nozzle won't fit and the suction is meh.
I got the "Best" option for the car wash at $20. Best .. far from it. Car still had dirt on it after I went through.
The reason for the 2 stars. I like to give the guys a tip usually $5 bucks and say can your scrub the wheels real quick. The kid took my money scrub the drivers side wheel and sent me on my way. So much for customer service.
I've been using this car wash since I got my license years ago. Not anymore.

Huge areas of my car were not cleaned at all. The car wash looks outdated and it appears to be true based on the sections of my car that look just as dirty as before the wash. Very disappointing experience and won’t be going back. My advice to anyone who has their car washed here, do a walk around of your vehicle before driving off.
