So I took my Honda civic in on 17/11/20 and asked for a £20 valet service, the guy looked at my car and said "no its too dirty for that, you need to pay for the £30 valet". Bear in mind this car has maybe seen one dirt track in its lifetime and drives on tarmac and even then, not that often it was barely dirty. I find it interesting that they offer a bronze wash for £8 that covers the exterior of the car but apparently its too dirty to have the exterior washed? All in all, this company apparently will only wash clean cars.

Paid for the gold service, hadn’t cleaned the exterior car at all. Superficial clean of interior - hadn’t cleaned pockets or seats. Attendant very rude & argumentative, said he didn’t have time to finish the job, although he’d had 90 mins, no other cars there and was playing on his phone when I arrived. Poor clean and rude service. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was quoted 25 pounds when I got back some new guy said as it was a people carrier should have been 35 , guy got aggressive when I refused , dont waste your time here there are plenty local car cleaning companys that will give you a much better and friendly job

Got a valet, car was not cleaned properly, dirty in pockets, cup holders, layer of dust on the dash, windows were not done, wheels were dirty and lots of scratches from the waterless wash, stay away at all costs!!, they don't care about customer service... They only care about the money, there is plenty of tourists who come here and that is enough businuess , no care for the locals, worst carwash ever!

Wife took her car in to get cleaned inside and out and paid the guy before going off shopping. Came back to to see that they had only cleaned the outside. By this time they had closed so couldn’t do much about it. Would not recommend.

Not happy at all. They were very busy and said it would not be ready for 4 hours. We went back to car to collect something and said they could have another hour. Picked car up as we had to be somewhere so did not really check properly. It was only the inside and not a wash outside. Not a 4x4. £35.
When I had a chance to look at car it was still covered in crumbs and dust. Pockets were still dirty. They only gave it a lick and a promise. Will not be using again.

What a waste of money cost me £30 the car was still dirty when I checked it when I stop 5 min down the road when I went for fuel. A 5 year old could of done better the car was dirty in side and out! I had to clean it myself as there was still dust on dash and floors still dirty and not good on the outside either. I don't normally put bad reviews on but just wasted £30

Just wanted a standard wash. Was recommended the next one at double the price. Didn't want it and was then told I'd need to be back within 30 mins if I wanted the cheapest one. Basically wasn't worth there time.

Wanted a “gold wash” which is inside and out but the guy wanted me to have a most expensive one. I refused. As a result I paid for the gold but have a dirty car. Still have dirty stuff between seats and where the baby seat is you still have as much crumbs as before. In the doors’s pockets and in the middle where you put cups it is just as before. My windows are so dirty I can t see through. They probably used a dirty clothe. I wanted to return a clean car to my friend who has given me her car for a few weeks But i am so ashamed I have to do it all over again. I am pissed off. Early I realized that the car didn t have a specific smell while usually when it s cleaned you can smell the cleaning products and they even put some perfume in it. Once home When I realized I wanted to call but they where closed and I leave early tomorrow morning so they will still be closed. My car wasn’t dirty but I wanted to make it perfect to return it. I don’t even know if they did anything to it.

I dont know how well they wash cars didnt get that far...the guy that was on when i went had very minimal english...and even minimalist customer service...bad experience...wont even think of even think of trying them again..????

Cost £18 and the results were really bad. Wheels still covered in break dust, rear number plate not even touched and lots of other patches missed. I would avoid this.

Got my car done today diamond valet for £29.95. Don’t think its worth the money. My car mats were still pretty dirty and so were my pedals. Smear stains left in car around radio and heating buttons etc.
