I was about to head off for a 2-hour journey and realised that there was a bad weather front coming in and my wipers weren't the best so I quickly swung by to my nearest Halfords in Corby and within 10 minutes I had brand new wipers fitted on my car no fuss no drama and set off on my journey feeling safe and secure in the knowledge that they had been fitted by professionals. Because of the great service I received, I now intend to return to that store and have new dashcams fitted. Always a great job, thanks guys ????????

Very friendly staff!
Came to get my wiper changed and it just wouldn't come off.
The two staff members persisted and it was finally off! (You know who you are!)

Took my bike in for a service on Friday. By Tuesday night, still not heard anything. I heard a mutter on the phone saying the cost would be £80 odd pound to fix it. To fix what? To change the back tire and two inner tubes? Use to be an amazing store with excellent staff. Now, I would sack every single one of them and start again. And, no, I don't need to discuss my review with you. Going back tomorrow to take my bike back and got told I can only do this between 12 and 12.30. You could not make it up, could you?

Went to Halfords to have a puncture repaired. What an experience! The cycle technician was brilliant, pointing out work needed; like the front wheel was out of shape! He completed a complete service and I now have a bike running like new. I cannot thank the technician enough. I it so wonderful to meet a man of such knowledge, experience and friendliness. Well done Halfords.

A recent excellent service from end to end with the purchase of a personalised bike for my granddaughter. Dave is a fantastic asset to the team with his technical knowledge in building and providing the bike to high specification. His interaction with customers of all ages is commendable.

Excellent customer service! The staff member (Tyler) who helped me with my bike went above and beyond to help me sort the issues I was having with my bike. He even carried on to finish the work needed on my bike in his own time, even though his shift had finished. Very generous and helpful staff member! Very impressed with this visit to the Corby store.

I turned up at the correct time due to covid only to find the bike not ready and no clue as to when it would be ready, I was told I would be phoned when it was ready however 2 days later I went back because I hadn't heard anything.
At which point I was told it had been ready for over 24 hours, come on Halfords surely you can do better than this....

Excellent service today following a bit of a nightmare with the Halfords website and offshore call centre.
Great to have good old fashioned, face-to-face, customer service that totally fixed the negative issues experienced with the online/telephone systems earlier in the day.

Had a bulb replacement done. Asked if chap would put clip back on which he did in 3 seconds flat. Charged me £8 for 3 seconds of minimal effort. Bulb replacement cost me £63. Fair enough. Extra £8 bang out of order. Customer service not in place here
