I've recently bought a BMW E90 M3 (4 door saloon) from Bespoke BMW Specialists. The purchase was made with home delivery (Covid rules) and I ended up buying the car blind. I paid list price for the car and got the compulsory 3 month in house warranty. I did ask for extended warranty but never got any details/prices.
On the whole, the process was smooth. I paid a deposit and paid the remainder of the list price when the car arrived on my drive. The car was delivered with a quarter tank of fuel and had been washed the day before.
The car came with a comprehensive file of paperwork, full service history and (obviously) the sellers slip. The car was serviced and MOT'd shortly before it arrived. Jack supplied 2 keys with the car.
The car was listed with quite a few options and a long spec sheet. I'm a little gutted that the car was missing folding wing mirrors (see screenshot). The car was delivered with a chip in the windscreen (see photo).
Having had the car a few weeks now I've seen a few issues which were not disclosed at any point. 1. Tyre has been repaired from a nail puncture. 2. Infotainment screen has some damage. 3. Petrol cap needs TLC and repairing 4. Drivers cup holder doesn't work. 5. The front windows have previously been tinted, the tint has been removed but is still obvious in some places. 6. ABS/speed sensor on a wheel went faulty within 2 weeks (this has been repaired locally with Jack covering parts/labour).
Having spent the equivalent of a house deposit on a M car from a specialist, I expected a little more finesse and attention to detail. No folding mirrors as advertised and the cracked windscreen/dodgy petrol cap take my experience down to 3 stars. The sales process was smooth, no quabbles about that. Overall OK not amazing.

Fantastic service second to none, I bought a BMW M5 in Sakhiir Orange, for £25k I couldn’t go and see the car as it was 130 miles away, Jack was fantastic right from day one what a nice guy ???? I bought the car blind and true to his word everything was as described, I paid in full up front before he delivered it to me, I needn’t of worried at all, thanks for giving up your Sunday to deliver the car, would I buy a car from you again? I visited Bespoke without an appointment and Jack was clearly busy. Jack didn't turn me away and had nothing to gain by sharing some of his knowledge with me.
I took my Cayenne to his to see what could be done. Within minutes he gave me an honest overview with multiple options.
I trusted Jack as his methodical approach was easy to understand.
We are working on my car in stages and today I picked up the car after the first stage.
I don't write reviews but I am totally blown away. This man is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Had a great experience purchasing my 330ci from Jack and Fred at Bespoke! I've now had the car 5 months and it's just as sweet as the day I bought it. They were super flexible with me coming to see the car, and communication was excellent. After searching for months, this was without a doubt the best example for sale in the south of England, and from what I've seen of the rest of their stock, they only deal in cars that they can be proud of. I know where I'll be going when I eventually upgrade from this!

The 2002 BMW E39 530i I bought from Bespoke in January 2020 was delivered to my home personally by Jack. The vehicle had been prepared immaculately inside and out, and looked stunning. Jack had kept in touch throughout the purchase process, and it was clear his team had put a lot of work and expenditure into ensuring the vehicle would be a practical daily driver. It came with a new MOT (no advisories) and a new major service. Of course, as with any vehicle eighteen years old, a few minor niggles became apparent in use, but Jack helped sort these out. A more significant problem with the transmission gear change switch was dealt with under the Bespoke three-month warranty. Bespoke sell desirable and interesting potential future classic BMW’s which they prepare carefully. Of course, as with any car purchase, it's sensible to spend an hour or so in a personal inspection of the car and in perusing the supporting documentation. I’m so pleased with my E39 530i I’m considering acquiring an E39 540i V8 in due course – and Bespoke will be my first port of call.

Wow! Fantastic service from Jack and his team at Bespoke. This is the place to go if you need a BMW. From the very first phone call Jack was amazing to deal with, friendly, honest, genuine and a real BMW enthusiast with the knowledge to back it up.
I came down to Burgess Hill to view a BMW 335i Touring. The service from the get go was fantastic. He came to pick me up from the station and I felt at ease straight away.
It was the first and only 335i I had seen or test driven and I bought it straight away. The car was in fantastic condition inside and out and all the major work that needed to be done or tested was completed with documentation. Jack and his team know these cars inside out and will not sell them until they know they are perfect.
On collection day the 2006 car looked like it had just come out of the factory and was in mint condition.
I was so confident in Bespoke that I left my wife's tired 120d with them to have all maintenance and preventative work done to the car to make sure it lasts. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the 12 year old car now runs like new!
This is the first time I have written a Google review, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I have had the car a few months now and it is fantastic with no issues to report! Just lots of fun!
I have dealt with a lot of car dealers over the last few years and Jack and his team are a breath of fresh air anytime I call, they are on the end of the line ready and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely be using Bespoke in the future to source new cars and service my current ones too. Thanks Jack!

Jack delivered the car to Sheffield in person and made the whole process easy. After searching the market for weeks, not being able to find the right colour/spec car. I recently purchased a BMW M235i from Bespoke. Within a week of describing what I was looking for, Jack used his network of contacts to find the right and perfect car I was looking for. When I collected my pearl white m235i it was immaculate, prepared on another level, supplied with a new mot, A Glaze (for free) and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! These guys put BMW main dealers to shame, higher standard of presentation and customer service. As others have said too, the whole experience start to finish was very professional, with no pressure selling and very quick in answering all my questions about the vehicle. After viewing vehicle Jack even had it delivered to my door and recently send me a brand new BMW key ring as promised. I'll be recommending Jack at Bespoke to all family, friends and also who ever is interested in purchasing a car from them.

When you first arrive the first thing that strikes you is the quality of all of the cars. The one I went to pick up was jaw dropping, it was so clean.
There seemed to be no expense spared on any of these and it was a pleasure to look around. The workshop is also very clean and tidy which is another reassuring sign.
Most note worthy was turning something that could of been a negative into something that made me rate the company even more.
The car unfortunately had a very very small oil leak, however I txt jack and within minutes he was on the phone to me and immediately took away any concern I had. I dropped the car back and they sorted it.
The way the whole thing was handled was excellent and I was never concerned at any point. It’s a mark of an excellent business to handle things well when things don’t always go to plan.
Well done, and many thanks I will always recommend you to anyone buying a car.

I picked up my BMW 330Ci this afternoon and all I can say is Wow! ???? The car has been presented to the highest standard and although I expected it to be good due to the Bespoke reputation, I was blown away by the level of detail that the team have gone to in preparing the car.
I’d been speaking to Jack for a couple of months and missed out on a couple of cars and true to his word Jack said that he would give me first refusal on the next car through the workshop and he kept to his word and did do, thank you.
A 4 hour drive home, Jack picked me up from the station, the car ran faultlessly and got a number of admiring looks.
Very happy and thank you again. Many car dealers should take note of how these guys operate as it really isn’t that hard to care and take pride in their work whilst operating with honesty and integrity.

From the moment myself and jack spoke on the phone I could tell his knowledge of bmw”s.
We arranged a day for me and the wife to go over and view an e46 m3 in carbon black which had been part of jacks own collection for a few years.

I have had my BMW 330ci for almost a week now and I can easily say it’s one of the best examples for the age that I have ever seen at a very fair price. Jack from Bespoke was extremely helpful with none of usual dealer sales pressure, he even delivered the car to me from Sussex to Hertfordshire. I have owned quite a few BMW’s over the years and am very pleased with my purchase. I can’t see me getting rid of this car for some years but if I do change it I will be sure to use Bespoke again, I wish all car dealers were this way, but then again it makes it all the better when you find one as good as this. Both myself and two of my friends have now purchased cars from Bespoke and I have already been asked if I want to sell the car on more than one occasion by members of the public - so I think that says everything.
