It's almost laughable that the clock has been wrapped in a bin liner for three years without being replaced! The video monitors are so small, it's virtually impossible to read the train departure times... and with no clock, it's down to guesswork if you'll be able to catch your train on time! Please, buy bigger LED display monitors and fix your clock!

Came here today (10.02.21) printed my ticket from the machine but printed a completely different ticket than the one I paid for the night before using the trainline app.
The lady on the checkout couldn't have been more pedantic and rude, this lady with pink hair and glasses has absolutely no idea what customer services is, she might aswel of told me to go f*** myself! She couldn't be more disinterested.
Even though I was the only person there and the staff saw me withdraw my ticket they made me feel like a criminal and told me to purchase a new ticket and get the old one refunded.
I use this station often, this is not the first time there has been issues but this was outrageous! I will be following up with a formal complaint.
The only saving grace is a gentleman I normally see called Jude who i have to say is a absolute gem and a blessing to your company.
Personally I will go to aldrington station as its unmanned, I'd rather speak to no one than this rude women.

Since post lockdown The Station has been one of my favourite places to go! Staff remember me and remind me to book for future events such as the FA Cup Final! Mike in particular is a fantastic host and the place would not be the same without him! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality - this is now my new local and would recommend to anyone! Thank for making us feel so safe and welcome in what is a challenging time for all!

Last Sunday I had arranged to meet my daughter in law and granddaughter at Hove station. I had not realised there was a replacement bus and had left my mobile phone at home. My daughter in law went straight to the restaurant leaving me messages. After waiting 45 minutes I explained the situation to the staff and they very kindly called the restaurant on their own phone. My day was saved thanks to their kindness. They were also very polite and helpful to countless members of public that needed guidance on buses. Thank you.

Rude and ignorant barrier staff, who gave me purposely misguiding information about the validity of my ticket. This was easily resolved by the sensible attitude taken by the ticket collector on the train.

I’ve been to Hove station so many times especially travelling to London since my childhood including to Worthing, Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth and overall it’s a nice small train station with 3 platforms and they do like often clean the place nowadays.
I’m giving my local train station 5 stars and a solid 9 out of 10. ????????????????????????????????
I grew up here riding on the Southern trains and it brings back good memories.

Your basic station just outside of the main town centre of Brighton. A shuttle service runs from here to and from Brighton as well as services towards London, Worthing and the rest of the West Coastway. Local buses stop nearby.

I put my van in for mini service, they took my money and when I drove off, I noticed that they had broken the passenger seat and also they were meant to clean the console etc... They sprayed it and when it dried it went back to the same state as before. One word: CROOKS

Nothing wrong with the car park itself, it's the method by which you have to pay (not including the meter). "Connect Cashless Parking" app and sms service is just awful... The app doesn't work and the sms service is unreliable, I ended up inadvertently paying 3 times for the same session because it wasn't acknowledging my payment(s). Frustrating...
