Shelthorpe chemist, very very nasty man refused to give prescription due to misinformation from 111. 111 stated that I had given a repeat to saraj which I hadn't I stated that I sent the repeat to the doctor. Saraj wasn't having it and stated I would only get my prescription if I contacted 111 to correct the notes. Then stated I wasn't welcome back there.

Appauling. Rude and obnoxious when questioned why the postage at his Post office was always more than at any other. The same size box. The same contents. Yet always more money every time. Without fail.... ???? I won't be returning.

I've been using this is office (as well as the chemist) and can say it has let's given me fantastic service each and very time so ignore the negative comment someone wrote!
If usedmost post offices in Loughborough as a small business and these 're first class!

Absolutely abysmal service. If I could zero stars I would. A close family member is terminally ill and needed a prescription with a number of items on it, including morphine. I asked the elderly woman to check she had all the items in stock because, if not, I would need to go to another chemist. She left me waiting for 20 minutes and I had to remind her to tell me if the items were in stock. She replied it's difficult to check ( instead of looking she'd been serving customers that came in after us) and promptly gave me the prescriptions back. She hadn't even bothered to look but kept us waiting whilst my relative was in pain. As we left she said 'thank you for your patience!' Woman should be sacked. Dreadful and I'm hoping to report them. Don't give them your time.
