This office has literally saved my life, I have had 9 heart attacks an d have 12 stents and because of the care that McIntyre has shown me am still alive. They are so caring, pleasant,understanding and above all they take the time to explain every detail to you . In my opinion they ROCK at their job. I was blessed when I met them .

Very long wait times in office and if you need to speak to medical personnel after hours it’s $15 to talk to a nurse. Every other doctor I’ve ever had has at least one on call physician available, to charge patients to ask a medical question seems unethical, at best. My doctor left the practice without even telling me—I found out after my appointment from the woman scheduling my next appointment that my case was handed off to another doctor.

Poor communication from staff. Staff speaks Spanish in front of you when you are English speaking. Are you speaking Spanish because you don't want me to know what you are saying? The office manager was not willing to help me. After waiting for about 30 minutes I decided to walk out and never return. This office staff lacks. I guess that they do not realize that without patients their is no business. Please train your staff to be better. I do not want to come back.

The Doctors are fine, the telephone and office system is horrible. Good luck getting a hold of a real person, not happening. Push whatever number for whatever department you need, scheduling, nurse, billing, doesn't matter, no one ever actually answers the phone....ever. Good luck on them returning your call, if you miss it at the end of the day, you start the process up the next day, because they aren't calling you again. I'm changing Doctors even though I really like Doctor Goldman because I can't deal with the office. Get a clue people, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

After a 45 minute drive, I arrived for my test 35 minutes early and sat quietly with my baby waiting for my turn. When I was called into my appointment I was told that they were refusing me service because I had my baby with me. He was in his stroller, sitting quietly. They said they have a policy that children are not allowed in the testing room. I asked them if I could see that policy written on paper, and of course they could not provide that to me. I had been in the office getting another test only 2 weeks earlier, with my baby, when they sceduled this appointment. At no point did anybody say, just for your information, you can not bring your baby in here. They also did not say I could not bring him for this test. They refused to see me and failed to provide a document stating the policy on paper. Additionally, they let me sign in, and wait for 35 minutes, before telling me that I would not be seen. At one point they said they "were not making the up this policy on the spot" but in the same sentence, they said that they "had never encountered this situation before". Those two statement contradict each other. Not to mention, I fail to believe that since the establishment of the office they have never ever once had a single mom bring a baby in. As I was leaving a nice lady with the lip injections informed me that they "were putting it in writing as we speak". So, all that to say, if you have a small baby in a stroller, do not waste your day coming to the doctor.

Not enough time to list the ways in which this place is so awful. What I once believed was disorganization I now realize is unethical practices and they are rampant. After waiting for over an hour today I bared witness to several people like me with various issues airing their grievances to the receptionist who obviously is not making the rules. Was surprised to see the extent of how they screw people and insurance companies over to make a buck.

Visited the Traditions office a few days ago to inquire about our Medicare/Aetna ESA PPO /Advantage and the gal at the front desk quite abruptly told me they do not take Aetna. She would not take the time to look at my card or to ask me to call the Insurance. I have worked in the Medical Insurance Dept for years and I would never treat a potential patient that way.

If there is such a thing I could not be more pleased then I am with the steward cardiology group. I'm convinced without their level of care and concern for their patients that I might not be here today. But I am I feel great I've been involved in this practice since 2004 they have never let me down. I highly recommend this to a cardiology group to your loved ones.

I have using Dr. Joseph Gage as my Cardiologist for a bit over five years. I definitely feel that I am receiving excellent and appropriate care. His whole staff has been pleasant and easy to deal with. I recommend him very highly!!

I've been coming to this practice since 2008. Prior to coming here I had 2 different Cardiologists from Heart and Family Institute just dismiss my symptoms as panic attacks caused by anxiety. The Dr. I see here actually listened to me as I described my symptoms, sent me home with the right equipment and diagnosed me correctly. The staff is great too but moreover they're a supportive staff focused on patient care which is more than I can say about some other offices out there who are quick to dismiss you as if you don't know your own body.

Most everyone I know goes to SCG! I’ve only seen Dr. Gage and his overall manner is exceptional. He takes a very conservative approach, listens to his patient and tries to mold his approach to the desires of his patient. Only issue I have had with his practice is being able to speak with someone from his “weight loss program”.

Would not submit to my insurance. After waiting 1.5 months to get an appt. they called me day before and said they no longer take my insurance, but would give a cash discount. After spending less than five minutes with the Dr. they charged me $500. and refused to give cash discount. The waiting room is run down. Bathroom was dirty. There are much better places to go in Stuart.

Dr. McManus is very courteous, profesional and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain conditions and options available for treatment/testing. Having seen him only twice, I have a great amount of trust with his care.

I called the office prior to making a follow up appt for my husband, I was told there would be no charge for a follow..Almost 6 months later I get a bill for the co pay. I called the office and they were rude and told me I should not have been told that..Apparently it does not matter what the office personnel tells you right or wrong, you pay the price when they are wrong.

I am never able to get ahold of a nurse for quick questions or scheduling department when ever i call. If they do call me back the same day it is after hours and i can never get them back on the phone. I resently had to reschedule my test and left a message for the scheduling department in the morning and received a call back at 4:26pm. I immediately called back at 4:28pm and the answering service answered and told me to call tomorrow at 8am. Because they close at 4pm. Another time i called the nurses station early in the morning and they called me back at 7:40pm. At least that time i was near my phone. I am totally dossapointed with the lack of prompt response from this cardiology group.

This is like a cattle call .....people are old and afraid so they won't speak up. Well I'll speak up . Double masters degree here! They had my insurance company call my pharmacy and say **I would need medication after a nuclear stress test. They hadn't even spoken to me yet. The pharmacist who was a friend called me upset to hear this. I needed cardiac meds? really? This is a cattle crossing with 15 stress tests a day.booked? Excuse me WHAT? HOW MANY? Important: the important thing is billing the insurance company not informing the patient? *really, who does that? SHAME, SHAME , SHAME Also they never sent my report to my primary Consierge Dr. Yes..... You heard me right. They don't care about anything but the billables Disturbing!

Nurse administrator is rude and unapologetic about office mistakes. Blames the patient. She tried to shame the patient in the lobby in front of the other patients. Unacceptable behavior from a health care professional.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 11 YEARS AND APPRECIATE DR. GAGE AND HIS STAFF. THEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, ARE PROFESSIONAL, AND ARE A WELL TRAINED TEAM. I have been going to Stuart Cardiology for approximately 14 years, specifically all with Dr. Mufson. I put my welfare in his trusting hands and so far he has done an excellent job keeping me alive and functional to this point in time. I do also thank him every 6 months when I see him. Overall SGP is a well oiled machine and seems to keep up with technology and training for their staff. Thanks y'all
