We've been here two times after midnight and we've been served with such an incredible unprofessional and rude person. He keep saying no to everyone trying to buy stuff. This is really frustrating and this person shouldn't be behind those doors. If this person stays there, we will make sure to not come to this shop anymore.

Now I understand that this petrol station can frequently get hit by chavs and rascals on mopeds and scooters, so I removed my helmet and gloves out of courtesy as the gentleman didn't switch on the pump so I could fill up my tank. He still didn't switch on the pump so I went inside to ask why and was abruptly told "PREPAYMENT!!" in which to my response was there were no signs stating this, I had removed my helmet and gloves as I know some petrol stations get funny about bikers. He then tried to proceed to state its company policy (it's not I've already checked) and I corrected him that it would be his own personal reasons for doing so. Felt extremely discriminated against just because I ride a motorbike! Left without filling up and proceeded to the next one on route who had no problem with me filling up, even with my helmet and gloves on!! I'm a 35 year old woman and mother of 3 kids.... Not a bloody chav or 2 up on a ped. Complaint raised to head office. Staff should be more polite and explain as to why the reasons behind not allowing bikers to fill up rather than abrupt and rude.

Worst bp i have ever been to no toilet says they have online, make u pay first at 9pm ! Then dont cut it out at what u paid for then you have to go back in to pay the rest, 15 min to get fuel ridiculous
