Always great service and always helpful. Things to know before you go...currently in branch service is suspended due to construction. They do offer limited curb side service. The drive thru is open BUT the drive thru ATM is not.

When the inside is open they have great customer service. However, due to covid they are asking members to use atm or drive thru. This wouldn't be a problem if they had more then one out of three lanes open!

This is the only Valley location that can’t seem to fix their ATM or open their lobby. Huge disservice to their customers forcing them to drive 30 minutes to the next closest branch or wait for 45 minutes in their drive thru.

Awesome employees 25yr member 46 yrs old myself I have never had a problem they could not fix or help me with. My brother was brought in as a member and he was recieved with open arms and all the help he needed. We maintain good standing and are blessed with all the bank has helped us with .I am on my 3rd vehicle purchase ......one uncontrollable problem is the virus garbage ,but as a marine we overcome and adapt.

Extremely friendly staff and amazing customer service. Though, I dont understand why they are constantly changing out their employees. I dont know if they are low trust or just hire as many people as possible for the tax write offs. That part sketches me out, but an over-all great experience. Very military and veteran friendly establishment. Come here to refinance anything if you're military or veteran. You wont regret it.

Very nice location and the waiting area is comfortable. We were told by the corporate office that this location had a business center that we could utilize to print documents and fax. This was not the case. They did have notary service but we had to go elsewhere to print up the documents, come back to have it notarized, and go elsewhere to fax it.

Make sure you know that NAVY FEDERAL runs on EASTERN TIME. Make sure if you deposit a check after 2 c'clock our time (MTN TIME) your check will be placed on hold for the next two business days. I wish navy federal would have made this clear to everyone that they run everything eastern time. They sure can notify us about everything else but not that they run on different time.

I've been using Navy Federal for awhile now and the branch office itself is always friendly with the attitude of a sort of "see it to the end" kind of mentality.
Personally I have not gone in there that much as I use their excellent banking app which even accepts your finger print for a password on the mobile app, something I find very cool and have not seen in other banking apps.
But when I do go in there it is always very clean, service is exceptional and if you need something right away you can always call their customer support number and you'll have your issue hopefully resolved in under 30 minutes, just note if your in the service (Not sure about retired military/family I assume not) they will state your rank and last name like your on a base.

I opened an account under their special “refer a friend promo”. Not only did I not receive the $25 promised, neither did the member who referred me. Although they sent me a debit card and told me my account was opened they closed my account three months later with no forewarning and tried to mail my $50 to an old address without notifying me. They said I never provided proof of address and they couldn’t open my account. Very strange considering they mailed me a debit card and sent me an email welcoming me as a member. Now my money is lost in the mail and they’re telling me I have to wait 91 days before I can get my money back. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Be wary of this institution.

I've been with Navy Federal for almost 30 years and I'll tell you what, this is the best credit Union one could ever be a member of. I couldn't be more pleased. I wish they'd I wish they offered insurance like USAA, if they did I would put all my banking needs in insurance needs with Navy Federal

Good bank over all. Only problem is on site atm's never seem to work at Greenfield and baseline location. I Work past there open hours so I've had many issues not being able to put money into my account to pay various things on time like Bill's. Would give 5 star if there atms didnt suck.

Navy Federal WILL OVERDRAFT YOU TO DEATH. I even asked them to just decline my card if there isn't enough funds and they said they aren't "able" to do that. This place is a joke. Your better off giving your money to a bank, even though bankers are just thieves in suits.

Thank you to all that have served! Home of the free because of the brave. Great service been banking with Navy Federal for about a year and now getting a mortgage from them. If youre paying fees its possible you suck at balancing your check book or like the conveinance of swiping that plastic. Any bank or credit union is a business and conveinance is a service...not rocket science people. I have paid my share of fees too but learned quick how not to.
