It's really hit or miss here. They have no clue that lunch hour is their rush hour. Literally one person working the desk. It's ok because their time is more important than your time.

Not welcoming at all. The receptionist couldve been friendlier. Not enough diversity considering its in a predominantly african american community. Service was truly disappointing. =(

Very quick service and process for any bank services. Of course you or your spouse must work for the state to be eligible for their services. Great rates for mortgages with now PMI requirement for first time home buyers.

Im not the kind of guy to talk bad about a place but this bank is the worst bank i have ever been i went in to open account the guy in the front desk try to get someone to help us but it didn’t happen his coworkers just kept walking around us and paying us no mind at the end of everything of us not getting unattended we decided to leave and the gentleman in the front desk apologized for his coworkers efforts to help us do not recommend this bank to anyone in this area
