Migsie One of the Tellers if im not mistaken has always been very helpful to me and my family, has always taken good care of us with any questions or doubts we have. Always welcomes everyone with a great smile. And she always shreds my receipts . Thank you

Great experience with Desert Financial. Erika Ornelas closed my auto loan and was great to work with. She had all the paperwork prepared and ready for my signatures and got me in and out of there quickly. She answered any questions I had and was just a truly nice, honest person. I had an overall great experience with them from the loan application to the close. They were attentive and transparent. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Every single girl I've interacted with at the front desk never says anything to you, they expect you to read their minds, they don't explain what's going on or what they need from you, I looked up and she's just staring at me. They have 0 manners and have never been helpful. If my auto loan wasn't through desert financial I would literally never come back.

The ATM started charging a fee for shared branching with other AZ Credit Unions. This has never been the case until now. The teller knew nothing and the manager knew even less. She wouldn’t speak to me like a person, but chose to repeat a series of lines stating that she didn’t know anything. She blamed my CU, which is patently untrue, then when I showed her the screen that THEIR ATM was charging $4.00 for a withdrawal, she said the ATM is serviced by a third party and she !surprise! doesn’t know what they charge. Every “I don’t know” out of her mouth was actually a thinly veiled “I don’t care” and that is just terrible.

I needed help setting up my auto loan payments and stopped into this branch for some assistance as it was close to my location, although this is not the branch where my loan was opened. I was greeted twice with a friendly welcome, and got the help I was looking for in approximately 5-10 minutes. I’m glad my car loan is in good hands and I can stop by any branch for help and know that someone is there for me.

I worked with Erika on 2/13 and 2/14/2020, at the East Camelback branch, and she went above and beyond to solve a difficult problem for me. She “took ownership” of the procedure, following up with me by phone to move the process along more quickly. It was gratifying to receive such personal and exceptional service

They tried to get my social security number just to cash a check. This is a simple service and the check was issued by their Bank. I have multiple forms of ID but they refused to cash it without me giving them my social security number. The teller was very smug and had no problem losing a customer. They also charge for savings accounts. He felt the need to tell me that without me even asking.

I cannot believe how long you have to wait to get through to a customer service representative. But now that I got to talk to Keith who was the most helpful rep I have ever encountered I am going to give him 5 stars. He went out of his way to assist me. We even got disconnected and he called me back. I am hopeful for future transactions with DS. It was worth the wait to talk to Keith. He was amazing!!

Horrible customer service, with tellers not knowing how to do a simple wire transfer and the bankers preferring to talk on the phone rather than help people. Everyone waiting felt ignored and nobody working seemed to care or have a sense of urgency. I shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for a simple transaction.

What a poor experience. I attempted to move all of my banking and loans away from a nationwide bank to a more local credit union. Clearly they have enough customers that they treat you terribly. Right from the start the employee was unprofessional but I still started by opening a checking account and started to move my credit services over. He couldny have tried less to communicate the status and never bothered to even try to work through a couple of snags. Got his new account holder and didn't care. I then received a survey and asked to be contacted- four months lelater and no contact. Dropped into another branch today to close the account and suprise to me they closed it on me already without any notification or contact. I really wish that Arozona Federal did not have to close the branch by me, although inconvenient I will seek them out die to years of stellar help even as a non-member on notary services, etc. Go try them if you want a pleasant banking experience.
