I was very impressed with I believe was of the management team standing in the lobby with a disinfectant spray bottle and cloth wiping down the plexi glass, counter & touch pads BEFORE telling a customer to step forward.
Thank you to DF and your staff for helping to keep your customers safe. Little things like this shows you do truly care about the health and welfare of your customers.

Lovelyn was lovely, just like her name. She really took care of us. She embodies that old school level of hospitality when banks were small and every customer was known by name. We actually came here because Wells Fargo had a two hour wait to open a new account. I have been a WF customer since I was 16, and I think fate stepped in to guide me to somewhere better for my new husband and I to open our joint account. My husband has been with Desert Financial for years and highly recommended them. I can see why. They actually treat you like a valued human being.

I go to this place all the time and the people are so great. They are real nice and I would recommend the credit union to anyone. The chubby manager with the black hair helped me with my business since it slowed down because of the Rona. The really tall guy teller at the corner window is seriously the best guy.

I always come to this bank because they treat me well. I have a lot of questions and they take the time to answer all them they changed things around so you need to call for an appointment to talk with the. Bakers but I never do and they know me pretty well so they put up with Me they’re good people

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Desert Schools has terrible customer service and overall is a trash bank. DO NOT USE DESERT SCHOOLS FOR ANY OF YOUR BANKING NEEDS. they are terrible and not a true small bank that cares about their members.

I have been with Desert Financial for a few decades now. As big banks made bad decisions through previous and current world crisis', DS has been steady and strong, and reliable on every front. WARNING. Do not ever try to get a mortgage with this company. They will always tell you that everything looks good and they will definitely close but when it really comes to closing time they almost never perform. They always drop the ball they don't communicate on time and when they ask for one more thing and you provide it they always decide that they need two more after that. If you are trying to buy real estate you will lose your earnest money in your inspection money and desert financial will not care.

The people, the branch, the credit union, all fantastic. I switched from the big banks years ago and never looked back. They have saved me thousands, yes thousands of dollars on auto loan financing. Not to mention, offered me discounts on new loans as a courtesy for being a member.

Asked for small loan and was denied.. I've been banking here for 30 years..guess that's how they treat there loyal customers.. I will be taking my money elsewhere.. I would highly suggest you take your hard earned money to another bank!!

They have a terrible online system for every function. Can't even pay my car payment online without opening and account, than having to make transactions monthly or the account is fined. I have to drive into bank every month to pay my car because I dont bank DFCU.

Ridiculous how hard it is to pay a new car loan! Can't just pay online. I have to have a debit account through desert schools to make it easy but I bank through Bank of America. Because of this I have to write a check to them. Then they mess up on my automatic bi weekly payment plan that Im trying to set up. I simply wanted to pay the 2nd and 4th week of every month starting immediately. She said I can't do that till the following month... so I pay my first payment through check after setting this up only to find that doing so will make me late for my second payment because only half will be paid the second week... exactly why I wanted to start immediately with a bi weekly plan instead of being behind every month... been here waiting 2 hours now for these idiots to figure out simple math. I've already stated I'll just pay the second month now, or again can we start my bi weekly plan this month, that way I'll be ahead and they just have no clue what to do... so here I wait.... the service manager is just as much of an idiot as the tellers. She asked me to wait while she continues to help others and pretty much has no clue how to help my simple situation. AGAIN! NEVER HAVE I SEEN AN AUTO LOAN SO HARD TO PAY....

They don't post retirement checks to the account immediately. Been a member since 1980 and they denied to take over my car loan from a bank. All I wanted was to keep everything at ds but looking for another credit union. Sad
