I came yesterday to check my account balance, and the woman told me the wrong balance for my account. Forgiveable, but still inconvenient. The real issue was today, when I called to confirm my account balance, I spoke to a very rude, miserable-sounding woman named Debbie. She made me feel like an idiot, though the situation was completely out of my hands. I've never heard someone so rude at Mountain America before. I am astonished she can speak to ANYONE like that.

MACU has treated me like a person since day one. I came to MACU after AFCU was getting stupid when I opened my Business account. No games with MACU, tellers are always friendly no matter how busy it gets inside. On a Saturday my wife wanted a gift card but her Credit Union was closed, brought her to MACU and she couldn't stop complimenting how smooth and friendly it was. Rates were better as well. Now she's thinking of leaving the UofU credit union

Terrible credit union. Their in house lender took so long to get back to me about a home loan that I had already secured a loan and purchased a home. 45 days is not an acceptable amount of time to wait to return a call.
I've emailed them about technical issues on their android app for months; they don't fix the issue and don't bother to respond.

Beware this bank, not trusted, if you deposited CASH, they will called you and say your cash deposited short after you leave about 20 min. I have to count your money before, and make sure with that cashier the amount that you deposits or you will lost your money.
