Rang up to order couldn't understand or speak English tryed ringing 4 time and each time they hung up on me so we went in mfc to order confronted the guy asking him why he kept hanging up n then he stared be abusive and doing gun sighs with his hands at.me and shouted saying that need to speak proper English rude

Absolutely awful place... food was over 30 minutes late the driver rung several times and had no idea where he was going.. food was stone cold and salad was rotten... will never order from here again

Ordered from JustEat. Waited over an hour, called them up. JustEat said it was on its way. Restaurant said it hadn't left. They said they were waiting on a driver and it wouldn't be long. Called back 20 mins later, they said it was still there waiting to be collected from the driver. Called 20 mins later and decided to cancel as they said the food was still sat there waiting for the delivery driver. They told Just Eat that they delivered the order. Totally not on. 18 phone calls constantly to the restaurant to get a refund through JustEat finally. Customer service was shocking. Would avoid at all costs!!

It was 40 minutes late had to ring twice to find out where it was and never got a good response both times. Then when it did finally arrive the chips were over salted and the chicken had a gone off taste to them. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered food of just eat to arrive at 6.40 when both me and my boyfriend would be home from work, and it arrived at 5.20, before we had even set off home. Not sure what the point in asking when we'd like it for was if they just send it whenever. My the time we got home to eat the food it was obviously cold and as I had a tower burger with mayo I couldn't warm mine back up. However it did taste nice and I can imagine if it came when we wanted it and was hot and fresh It would be very tasty and worth 5 stars

Don't know if it's driver or shop staff but ordered a burger last night and when I ooenopit there were 2 bites taken out of it . Absolutely disgusting customer service too. Stay away from this shop . No wonder food hygiene is only 1 out of 5

Sorry but I wish I had read the reviews first. First and last order, quoted 30-40 mins delivery time, rang after 1hr 15 mins to be told it was out for delivery. Yeah right. Rang again. 10 mins later to cancel, only for it to turn up 5 mins later. Oh and it was cold too. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Disgusting.

Opens at 2pm on a weekday but you'd be best off waiting at least an hour before they actually serve any chicken, went down to order a 2pc variety meal before I went to work and had to settle with buying a cheap ready meal from the shop next door because the owner hadn't even prepped before opening.
Most restaurants spend at least an hour doing prep so they have stuff ready to cook fresh or better yet, the fryers already filled with oil to cook the birds, Faisal's up the road are ready to serve even bang on opening.
Start prepping your fryers and food before you open NOT AS SOON AS YOU OPEN FOR HUNGRY CUSTOMERS!!
My Flavourite Chicken? more like Made (no) Flipping Chicken.

Placed an order for delivery wait an hour and half for it not to be here rang up and asked if it was on the way to be told it would be 20 minutes after the 20 minutes had past I rang back and asked again for them to say it will be 20 minutes I told them that I had been waiting nearly 2 hours for it and I wasn't happy with waiting that long for some chicken. He told me to cancel the order then. Because I was so hungry I told them i did not want to cancel the order and wanted the food but I wasn't happy. The response I got was the man on the phone swearing at me told me he was cancelling the order and him putting the phone down on me. So I had to get in touch with just eat to get a refund which took a while. I am very unhappy and upset with the way I have been treated

Not the best place to go if you are in a hurry. However food is always served hot and fresh and therefore worth the wait ie if you are not in a hurry.

Order food online wouldn't let me put no sauce in or in comments for some reason so I when down 25 minute early and my food was already cooked and then to top it off he reheated my chips while I was stood there will never order from here again

Piss poor ... we're do I start .. well me and one of the lads places a light order as we was beefed up on soft digestives and dry Bakewells... we ordered hot wings and a succulent chicken wrap from the infamous immigrant mfc... we were awaiting our order which we had a proper munch on for.. we watched the full pebblebeach pro-am on which bill Murray was ripping some corker one liners off. Only to realise the order which was placed on just eat was late by the flight time to Tenerife and back.. to which I called with my concerns of being charged for an international call.. Only to be greated with a half arsed reply of your order has been sent out .. bill Murray finished with a 79 6 over par 20 minutes later. To which my concerns grew.. after being robbed off a few more times i took it on myself to go collect my order.. with much frustration I walked In to explain why my order was still on flight 479. I was greeted with a grin of a Syrian who just got a semi off the local council.. piss take.. when I vented my anger his pablo/el chapo looking co worker started putting a hit out to which I survived.. I was in the store no more than 4 minutes and my order was passed by the delivery driver that was supposed to be there 4 hours previous I got home and my food was cold please avoid at all cost immigration will be there for el chapo shortly avoid at all costs

The food never actually arrived after me paying on the just eat app.I spoke to the delivery driver as i had accidentally placed the order for the wrong address.To be told ‘what the fu*K am I supposed to do about that you stupid Cu*t’ and then he hung up.I wouldn’t mind but it was a innocent mistake.When i realised what i had done i tried to rectify it and call.Im so disappointed and upset that someone could be so vile towards another person.Fair enough i made a mistake and that was indeed my fault but to be talked to like that is absolutely diabolical. If i could give the service less than 0/5 i would after the customer service we received last night.We will no longer be ordering here again , i would rather go hungry first.

Ordered the £14.99 boneless box and the popcorn chicken isn't 100% chicken breast. Chopped into one and the meat was horrid, definitely processed.
Very dissapoint because last week I ordered the popcorn chicken and it was real chicken breast. That is why i ordered a second time.
MFC are probably cutting costs on family deals by giving cheap meat. I really hope they address this because the strips are good.

We ordered got nothing that we ordered .apart from a chicken burger no meals with double burger I ordered. no garlic sauce which I ordered. was 45 mins late then the guy stood there at door with 12 pence expecting a tip from 15 quid as it was £ 14.88 haha never again and I'll be telling all on Facebook they should be ashamed to be apart of just eat........

Ordered food at 9:30, phoned up at 10:46 and was told it was out for delivery. Phoned again at 11:20 and was told that it had been delivered (which it clearly wasn't) then I was told that I had never even placed an order. Complete waste of time
