The first impression of the yardman was awful. He started talking crap about a customer when I got in the car. He said how much of a dumbs he was because he didn't know that Ford sells only one shade of white. The yardman and I drove to the place where the car part I needed was. He looked at it and said"I am going to tell you right now, I can't get that off." He didn't even try. I asked if he could at least try. He made another excuse. I asked again and he seemed annoyed. I said sorry if i am being a pain and he did not reply. We didn't get the part. So I went across the street to Agee's and got the part I needed and it was cheaper

Don't buy parts here paid over $1600 for transmission lasted 500 miles, they fixed it and assured me wouldn't happen again, less than 2000 miles later it's messed up again have to pay someone else to fix it now
