It is busy but would be better if some people would use their bank cards to pay for petrol beforehand. It's annoying when your waiting to fill up and find that people have gone into pay for their petrol instead of at the pump.

Very busy at the weekend with slow queues. Been several times over a few months and the 'pay at kiosk' option hasn't worked each time...Which might explain the queues...

I like Pay at Pump on my bike, and use Amex. No need to dismount. One star off as Pay at Pump by card isn't 24 hours, which would seem to be a logical step.
