I call that number for a whole day and no one answer for two days and the customer service is very bad I went to the store and no one even talked with me and three of them don't answer me and help me in the store and they look bored and do not want to work

Bad business.I had an extremely rude and unprofessional experience.the rep Tony sold me at 9am he told me the parts would be ready at 2pm,ive arrived at 4pm called and the part wasnt even ready and when i ttried to say something , this person just started screaming over the phone like a thug and told me he could un do the sale so i could go somewhere else at 4pm in the afternoon when i already had an appt with the welder to take care of everything for me on the parts i purchased and an employee with a truck and trailer waiting.I had to wait for my parts outside for 1 hour and 10 min btw.Dont do business here guys. Ever.

Not reliable! Dishonest! On 09/26/2019 I went to this place to buy an after market stereo that I saw in one of their pickup trucks. They confirmed the radio was in stock so I proceeded to pay in full. Then they told me to return next day after 11am. I went next day after driving all the way from Boulder. Well.. On arrival they told me "Ops! the radio "was missing". The stereo was secured as shown in the recent photos of the car. It is clear that someone (staff) saw the high value of this stereo and decided to keep it instead of selling it for a much lower price to me (I am surprised that they thought that I will believed their lie). They had my phone number but didn't even call me before I took the long drive from Boulder. Again, dishonest and completely unreliable!

I've gotten parts from them on three separate occasions. It's always been on point, customer service has always been great and they are always friendly. If there is a hickup, they are quick in calling and making sure everything works out smooth.

I am honestly amazed at the lack of customer service at this place has. I went in there this morning at 11 a.m. because I needed leaf springs. They told me that they had them there, they would have to pull them and they wouldn't be ready until about 4 in the afternoon. I come back at 4 30, and come to find out they only have one! Not only did I waste my day by waiting around, I now have to wait for my money to be returned to my account. This place will never receive my business again, nor will I refer them any.

After waiting on hold for over 12 minutes. The guy who answered was extremely rude. Acted like he could not hear me. Said he did not have the part however I gave him the stock number. Which the magically he found the part that I was looking for after stating they didn’t have it. Then he just proceeded to hang up the phone (You could clearly hear him hanging up)

Misleading inventory! They realist Car-Part.com parts from yards in Kansas and Idaho as “in stock” in Denver. The parts are not in Denver. I waited a weekend in Denver for parts listed in Denver that “are at a different yard in Kansas”.

I was in an accident recently and needed a few parts to get my vehicle back on the road. My brother has been going to Central Foreign Auto for years and recommended I start my search there. In no time the courteous and knowledgeable staff located the parts I needed and delivered them to me in a timely fashion. I called around to shop pricing and their prices were very competitive. In addition the warranty policy is fair and flexible so I would highly recommend Central Foreign Auto for all you auto parts needs big or small.

I have nothing but praise for Ben and the guys at Central Auto Parts. They had what I needed, shipped it out same day and treated me fair on price. In fact, after they pulled the parts I needed and discovered a blemish, I was refunded half my money even though the part works just fine. I will always check here first whenever I need a part.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! I called and asked about a certain part. "Tony" told me that his guys will have to pull it off of a car. I told him to make sure his guys don't cut the hoses to close to the compressor pump because there is no real fix for that. He said, "OK". Guess what? When he sent me photos of the part all of the hoses were cut real short rendering the pump useless without a new hose kit. I told him that a new hose kit is $42 and next day shipping is another $31. He told me that he would not discount the pump because his guys cutting them wrong is not HIS fault! What a POS! And to top it all off his arrogant personality has no place in customer service! Well, that was my first and LAST time I will ever try to spend my money with Central Auto Parts. Plus, I will go out of my way to let EVERYONE know how unprofessional these people operate!

Best Yard in Denver...Warranty everything. Don't bicker about refunds. They do require a deposit before pulling parts, but I'd rather pay over the phone then go down the next day there and have to sit around for hours waiting like other junkyards.

Absolutely the best salvage yard in Denver! I called over 30 places looking for a hazard switch for my Audi and Central Foreign was the only place that had one, and at over half the price that the dealership wanted to charge me. As soon as walked through the doors I was given excellent customer service and the guys on the yard were very friendly and helpful. My part even came with a 3 month money back guarantee! Tell me another used parts dealer that will do that! I will definitely refer family and friends here. Thanks guys.

I was looking for an engine for my Honda CR-V. I contacted Central Auto Parts and had absolutely no problems getting what I needed. My sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They even delivered the engine to the shop that I was having my car serviced at. It was the right part at the right price.

Went to get a door that they ordered for us, Michelle, helped with this. The company that they dealt with did not ship it on time for us to pick -up in Denver, when coming back from Mexico, and we were very upset, as we live 250 miles away, but Michelle stepped in, called the company while we were there and told them they needed to get this to our home in Steamboat Springs, because of their delay ! She said " Don't worry Runa, we will pay the shipping, because it is not your fault". This is great business ethics for a company to take over when things go wrong due to others mistakes. It shows that they really care!!! Michelle you handled this like a professional, and treated us like family. Love doing business with you, and Central Auto Parts !! ( This is a VERY BUSY place so people have to understand, they might have to wait a while, just common courtesy ). Thank you again ! Called in to try and find a part for my car & was immediately cut off & told "No. That's just too old!" What do you mean TOO OLD??!! 1996 is NOT too old to be buying used parts from a salvage yard!! If that were the case, why would people even bother restoring antique/classic vehicles?! As a parts specialist for over 5 years, this behavior from a business is just unacceptable. At least have the common sense to just tell the customer it's not in stock, & maybe help them source one...

Don't trust them if they have something up and Craigslist, was the 1st to contact them on a truck topper and had to drive down from Loveland. In that 1.5 hrs they had sold it to someone else who contacted them after me.
