*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* I wish I'd read the reviews on here before I visited this place! She discouraged me from having my toenails painted after my pedicure and then refused to paint my nails after my manicure but wanted to charge me the full price for both! She didn't ask how I wanted my nails filed and she didn't tidy my cuticles at all. Quite frankly a toddler could have done a better job! Con artists and very unprofessional!

I hadn't seen the reviews before we went. Wish I had looked! I took my daughter in to have her nails done for the summer holidays, she asked for a bright orange shellac. They told me they were cash only when I asked, so I popped to cash point. By the time I got back, they'd finished and not only did it take no more than 10mins, they changed her colour to a pale peach stating it would last longer and was nicer! Absolutely fuming is an understatement. It's been 4 days and it's all chipped off. Absolutely awful service and crappy products. DO NOT USE!!! If I could give them a no star rating I would.

shellac lasted less than a week went in to complain and they said thats how long it lasts. All the other times have had it done it lasts well over 2 weeks. would not go back here

Awful service - Rude and careless and expensive for it. Tried to do things I didn't ask for and then charge me. I had lovely thick eyebrows and i told her not to make them thin. I was horrified that they were pencil thin when she had finished. I am really upset they will take ages to grow back to how I like them. I had been warned this place was bad but I decided to try it anyway. I really wish I hadn't. AVOID

Had a pedicure today. Felt like it was rushed. Hardly any conversation from the girl doing it. Couldn't even tell you her name. Sat on chair expecting to use massage settings and not asked if I wanted too. No drink offered. I came away with hard areas still on feet. The staff member seeing to the lady next to me never spoke to her or smiled. The part that worried me most is that none of the files,cuticle cutters or buffers were sprayed with antibacterial product while being shared between me and my neighbour. There was no tidyness and when i was finished i was left to try and climb over the equipment to get out. I don't live locally so there's no reason for me to return.. if i did I wouldn't bother! Not relaxing at all!

I was today and I am very unhappy.. i asked for waxing and henna eyebrow done and when she finished i looks horrible.. henna was all over my eyes (she didnt clean it!) plus it was too dark for me when i said to her im not happy she said it will go for few days.. and now after wax my skin is damage becouse she do it to fast.. I will say never go there..

AVOID!!! Had the most awful shellac nails done here, I had to go somewhere else the same day to get them rectified! Really shoddy work, poor quality products and a total lack of experience. I've never seen anything like it!

Attended 17th March after booking a week prior for hot stone massage. The lady serving said can you come back I haven't turned the machine on . I declined and said I had other treatments booked she could do first. She then showed me the hot stones machine brand new unused and said I'm sorry it's got a two pin plug I can't use it. I asked if she had done a hot stone massage before and she replied no not much call for it in Poole never been asked. I was fuming she offered me a Swedish massage which I had to accept . The massage was painful rushed no water was offered no questions asked like where would you like me to concentrate on or is this pressure ok. She then did half leg wax leaving wax on my legs and finally did threading with which I sneezed and cried. The whole process was horrid. I tried to make a complaint but every time I phone I get told to email and they will reply which they don't. I would avoid this place at all costs I'm not sure the staff are even trained I saw no certificates displayed. My husband brought this for me as a present and I was gutted. TAKE MY ADVICE DONT GO HERE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED LIKE ME.

Popped in for waxing....was only after we started that I realised how inexperienced she was. Unprofessional and basically useless. Left with wax stuck all over me! And a trainee who wanted to watch who walked into the room and proceeded to leave the door wide open!! To top it off they're offering services ie. spray tans who I was informed no one was trained in....didnt stop them booking in people and then turning them away on the day!!! Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning......would have given no stars if I'd been able to

Me and my friend paid £25 each for eyelash extensions, both of ours were clumpy and was unhappy but put up with it. During the day mine started to fall out and looked even worse and by the time we woke up the next morning I have two lashes still stuck on each eye my friend having near enough the same. We went back to complain and was denied our money back so settled for having them redone, not to mention something suspicious being passed under the table... do not recommend!!!!!

Awful. Paid £25 for clumpy, messy lashes only for some of them to fall out a couple of hours later! Also she glued them to my eyelid instead of my eyelashes! Huge waste of money, very unhappy.
