For the first time in my life I had to find a flat to rent while abroad and it was very hard to find an agency I could trust and it was wiling to do the work.
I've found Intra-Capital on a whim and it worked perfectly! Themis was happy to help (even though the communication was sometimes flawed due to time differences, etc). It took us a while to get it somewhere (again, time differences in place) but I sure could trust them and I moved in headache free, which is the most important thing in this process! SO far so good.

Unprofessional. Not responding on time, not sure what they are doing. I have placed 3 offers. I got no offical response, i have to call and follow to see what happen with my offer. Last offer they promised they will back to me in the second day. Second day the agent told me his manager will call me in the same day. Never happened. And then as usual i call to follow up. And the response was my manager didnt call he was busy maybe. And i think your offer will not go .if you have another flat dont west your time . . I already wasted my time following with you since 2 weeks now. I dont recomend for landlords or customers.
Please no one call me . To change my comment, i never received a following call from your company. Dont start now .

Being new to renting in London, I didn't know what to expect from the agents in town and was a bit apprehensive. I did some research online and gave Intra-Capital Estates a call; I told them what I was looking for along with my budget, and they were able to set me up with three viewings for really nice flats within just a couple of days. I dealt with Alastair who was professional and able to tell me a lot about the local area, which was very helpful. Anyway, I'm really chuffed as I'll have keys to my new flat next week! :)

I got these guys out to value and rent and manage one of my parents properties, I am pleased to say they successfully found us a tenant and touch wood all is great so far. I did have some larger estate agents out but these guys instantly gave me a fresh and comfortable feel of trust and warmth, they are very personal and clearly have a great understanding of the local market. Intra-Capital Estates have been incredible. Over the last 6 weeks I had so many negative experiences from other estate agents when searching across London for a new flat that my experience with Intra was a breath of fresh air.
From the moment I got through to Shaz on the phone to under one week later when he had helped us view, sign, complete referencing and get a new flat in Paddington it has been a dream.
Super friendly, informative and really a joy to deal with meaning there was next to no stress in getting a new apartment.
