I live 17 miles from this shop. Rang them to make sure they had a 3.5mm jack to female XLR mono cable in stock before travelling there. Was assured they had it in stock. Travelled the 17 miles only to be told they thought 3.5mm was the same as a 1/4 inch jack!!!! 34 miles worth of fuel and 2 hours wasted time !!!!

No excuses. If you need audio gear, cables, pedals, studio spares, don't buy online, buy it in an actual Cardiff shop, before there are none left. Pro gear, staff that know their sh*t.
