I had an amazing experience when I brought my car back in November. But an even better experience today when I took the car in because a warning light had appeared. They spoke to me over the phone and booked the car straight in, when I dropped the car off they even gave me a lift back home whilst the car was being looked at! It only took about and hour to have everything fixed. I received an outstanding service and will definitely be visiting the garage every year for my MOT and would recommend anyone to go to them! Extremely professional service. Alan took the time to discuss my needs and advise on the type of car that I wanted to purchase. After a test drive and having decided to buy, the car was then readied very quickly in time for me to enjoy it during the week-end. A small issue with a service light coming up in error was sorted out swiftly and with no fuss. Thank you!

Alan was very helpful when I just turned up to look at a car I had seen on the web ,all the paperwork regarding the car was available . I booked a test drive and took the car for a good run . After an extensive internet search I sourced a 2009 Mini One from Tower Hill Garage and spoke to one of the salesperson, Paul Molyneux. I visited the garage for a test drive and was greeted by Paul who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The Mini was owned by a previous smoker and there was some damage to the seats and the vehicle was in bad need of a deep clean. Paul explained that the car had only just arrived in the workshop but offered to change all the seats free of charge to better quality ones, taken from another. These were a set of clean, undamaged higher spec seats and I was very pleased with this offer. Following a test drive my mind was set on having this seemingly well looked after Mini (except for the mentioned smoke damage). I noted some minor issues with the vehicle and I was impressed by the fact that Paul recorded and agreed to fix all the faults I mentioned, providing me with a written agreement to follow these through. Although there was no reduction in the advertised price (I tried!) I realised that I was getting a good car for the price and quite honestly I was really impressed by the standard of excellent customer service. I returned later that week to pick up the car. All the duly noted faults had been fixed and the car smelt far less smoky. Paul had arranged to service, MOT and even road tax the Mini for me, ensuring the road tax receipt was emailed directly to me. This slick service meant all I had to do was pay and take the car away. But before I did Paul took the time to show me every check performed by them to prove that the car wasn't stolen, under HP, written off etc. I was also given the Log sheets, MOT cert, road tax and 3 months warranty. Everything was well presented and clearly explained so I felt very reassured before finally taking possession of my Mini. Setting off home a (a distance of 64 miles) I quickly noticed some further problems. The car heater fan only worked at full speed and the indicators failed to cancel after operation. I phoned Paul on route who was most concerned and apologetic and he suggested that I continue home but he would come up with a plan to rectify these issues. Later that day he offered to send me the necessary parts in the post and invited me to take the Mini to a local garage of my choice, ensuring I would be reimbursed for any reasonable cost of repairs. A day or two later I also spotted that one of the radio speakers wasn’t working. Once again Paul offered to send a new one have this included in the repairs. The parts duly arrived promptly in the post and I arranged for my local mechanic to carry out the repairs. Upon receipt of the scanned invoice Paul made an immediate refund directly into my bank account. I wanted to feedback in detail here just how helpful and flexible Tower Hill Garage have been. The service has been excellent. All the paperwork was thoroughly covered and clearly explained. When things went wrong there was an immediate apology and Paul took personal responsibility for ordering parts and authorising the repairs, saving me the time and cost of returning back to their garage. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone looking for a quality used car and excellent customer service. I intend to return to this garage again next year in search of a Fiat 500 for my daughter.

I've picked up my new car from Neil today. The service I received from all those I came in contact with during the purchase we're outstanding. This was the first time I had heard of and used this garage. I was very impressed by the friendly and prossesional manner in which I was dealt with throughout, especially from Paul. He was very fair and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with everything before driving away in my new car. Couldn't recommend this garage and the staff enough!!

I bought my car from Tower Hill Garage just over a month ago. As a single woman buying a car I had experienced a number of patronsing sales people other garages. However the salesman at Tower Hill was nothing but courteuos , helpful and most importantly took my interest in buying a car seriously ! They had a wide choice of well presented cars on display and provided plenty of time for a test drive. The car was ready for collection on the day agreed and had been expertly valeted. Very helpful, easy to deal with, no pressure sales tactics and we are very happy with the car. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again even though they are in no way local to us.

Took our car for a run, because they had a couple of cars we were interested in. The team gave us a fair price for our old 307 sw and charged a fair price for the car we bought. 4 stars because I was selling my car and buying the new one, but they kept calling my husband.

We were searching for a replacement car for my daughter. After endless searching on the internet and a horrendous visit to a well known car supermarket we spotted the ideal car at Tower Hill. After a quick information gathering phone call we arranged a visit. We were introduced to Alan Samuel who (despite torrential rain) showed us the car in great detail. I can thoroughly recommend Tower Hill Garage. I bought a renault recently. A nice car at a reasonable price. It had a few things I wanted done, which they did at no extra cost. It has since had an intermittent fault with the wipers, which they fixed without quibble. A good bunch of guys all round.

I bought a car from Paul at Tower Hill Garage a few years back and the service was excellent. Update calls were made regularly so I knew what was going on with getting it ready for me allowing me to plan my week. Very helpful.. absolutely no hard sell! I bought my first car with them and they've been very caring about making sure it will be easy to drive for me.
