Brought my nissan quashqui off these guys, they have been brilliant, the cars a dream, I live an hour away, would 100% go there again next time, I lost my radio code, no problem, called them up, they emailed if to me........ A month later the seat sensor was playing up, no problem, all fixed under the warranty,.
Its a nice feeling to find a garage that are 100% honest and reliable, it's so hard to trust people nowadays, would 100% recommend

Fantastic service from one of the sales guys Paul, very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured at all into buying a car that I wasn't happy with, unlike experiences with other garages. Paul was extremely helpful from the start and made sure the car was in tiptop shape before letting me collect it as I have 2 small children. I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it, very happy with the service and after sales care, highly recommended!

We had viewed several Minis and the one at Tower Hill was by far superior.
The sales team were very friendly and welcoming and by no means your average salesman trying to push a sale.
All of the comments made on the car at the time of the purchase were addressed by the time we came collect. A stressfree purchase.

Buying a used car can be a bit of a lottery, so when you get a good one, that garage gains your trust.
I've had 3 cars from Tower Hill over the years...the last one I recently got even though I had re-located out of the area! I have always found them to be knowledgeable, courteous and nothing was ever too much trouble.. so coming up back up form Cornwall was an easy choice to make for peace of mind.

From the first phone call to making my decision Alan was informative, patient with all my silly questions and made the whole process gentle. "Have just arrived to Farnborough a few weeks ago. I was searching for a car to be able to travel around. After endless internet surfing selected a few options and visited a few places. Hours and hours of travelling by trains/buses/walking. At the end: cars looking great at pics, turn out to be simply either aesthetically or mechanically not sound. Finally, spotted a local car dealer and decided to visit. Consequent second and third visits. Alan Samuel showed me a few cars in great detail. He patiently answered my numerous questions. Always attentive and client oriented. Approach and attitude simply great! After a little negotiation struck an excellent deal. Superb service! We took our car in for new brake pads and was greeted by welcoming, knowledgeable and professional staff. I can't say I really enjoyed helping my daughter choose her first car. Many car dealers we visited didn't seem to add any real value into the process. So I was frankly surprised when we found her little car at Tower Hill Garage in December, they were helpful, engaged, straight forward and well organised. We agreed a number of rectifications and the work was performed as agreed and in many areas they exceeded what was agreed. Nice to find a garage that does add value into the car buying process. My daughter is very pleased with her car.

Having worked for 47 years in main Dealer garages I was obviously apprehensive about buying a car from an independent dealership. However I had no need to worry. The car was exactly as described on the internet. The team were very professional and helpful, including allowing me to take the vehicle to my local dealer to have the 2 minor adjustments to be carried out. They reimbursed me in full on receipt of the invoice. If I lived locally I would be more than happy to use them as my local garage.

I bought an M3 from Tower Hill last month, I was very impressed by their service. It did have a slight fault with the parking sensors, that I found after buying it. This was no problem as the guys took the car back, without hassle, gave me a courtesy car and replaced all parking sensors FOC. Email updates were daily and a pleasure to deal with.

No pressure and easy to deal with. I knew what I was looking for but this didn't distract from the experience. A test drive was arranged quickly and easily, couple of things I wanted doing were done without fuss, plus car was given a new MOT and the front discs were advisory of some corrosion but still serviceable and within tolerance - but the guys put new discs and pads on anyway - a complete bonus.
Very pleased with the purchase and experience, I chose Tower Hill due to location but having read previous reviews I had no concerns about buying and it proved true. I would recommend you buy from them if they have a car your looking for.

I was seen by Alan Samuel and he was fantastic - I am a young lady who bought this lovely Suzuki Swift on my own. Usually I'd have my Dad with me to help but I wanted to do this on my own and I am extremely happy with both the car and the service I was given.
The MOT was done the day before I picked the car up even though there was another 9 months on it - I part exchanged with my rubbish old car and even though it isn't worth much at all they gave me an excellent deal!
I couldn't recommend this place enough, and the after care service is also excellent! I'll be having my MOT's and services done with them as they clearly treat loyal customers well.
The whole process was so quick and easy and Alan went above and beyond as he could see how much I wanted the car!

Having searched the internet and trailed around a number of dealers in search of a good quality, second-hand car we came across Tower Hill Garage. What a relief to find a team of professional advisors whose primary concern is to understand your needs and match them to a suitable vehicle. Alan won our trust immediately by giving us the benefit of his extensive knowledge and very sound advice. Paul dealt with the paperwork and was equally professional and friendly.
There is no heavy selling just a genuine approach to the very best in customer care. We struggled to choose between 5 great cars and after deliberating over a bacon sandwich selected the most beautiful Fiat 500 convertible. We are delighted with the car and the fantastic after care.
I strongly recommend a visit to Tower Hill Garage and we will definitely return when we want to change our Fiat in a few years time. As a London resident I am more than willing to travel to Farnborough as this is an exceptional garage thats well worth the journey.

Great service, with a smile, and a desire to have you comeback when next you need your next used car. I was a returning customer, more by chance than by design, but I was in the market for a particular car, and it just so happened than when I enquired on line Towerhill had the right make and model, and in a brilliant colour scheme. They are also close to where I live, so bonus! The first car a bought was family estate some 10+ years back. This time I was looking for something a bit more high end. I took the standard 3 month warranty as Towerhill had already identified some items that needed attention. During that 3 month period we identified a few more issues, but nothing was to much trouble to resolve, including, 3 months after the warranty ran out, they fixed a break sensor which shouldn't have failed because they had done the brakes prior to me collecting the car. I dealt with Paul, but they were all equally as supportive.

We decided to make the trip of well over 100 miles to Tower Hill Garage as the car for sale ticked all the boxes. However, on the test drive, my husband commented on a mechanical issue which he asked to be corrected.
