Avoid this place at all costs. All cowboys. They sell you broken cars and will not support you as much as they say you would. 9 months down the line, I've lost £4,000 fixing my car due to all the issues it's had. My car was inspected by a non-biased company chosen by the finance company who even told me the work they done had not actually been done, yet they still didn't support me!
One star is too generous here. The director is a criminal mastermind.

I had a great experience buying my first car from this garage. I am an EU citizen, so I am used to driving on the right side of the road and the salesman was more than happy to help me understand how driving works in the UK. Great service and costumer service. Very friendly and nice people to do business with. The car was serviced and fully checked before I got it in my hands. If anything arises, I will take the car there to get checked, as everyone gives the vibe of trust. I am very happy overall with the whole process and I would definitely recommend that place.

I bought a small hatchback car from here a few months ago and have been very pleased with my purchase. This was the first time I had ever bought a second hand car from a garage (previously only bought privately) and I was very pleased with how it went. There was no pushy sales talk and as a single woman with limited knowledge of mechanical stuff, all my questions, however small or maybe silly, were answered clearly and helpfully by both Paul and Alan.

Have just bought my second car from Tower Hill Garage and, like last time , I found Neil and the team were knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to help.
I saw and drove the car, a Mazda 6, the day after they'd received it as a part -ex, and before they let me take it away they serviced, valeted and MoT'd it for me. The also gave me a fair price for my Hyundai i40 estate in part exchange. I would definitely recommend Tower Hill to anyone wishing to buy a used car - they're a good bunch.

I bought a used car from Tower Hill Garage last month. The process was very easy, not at all pressured and the guys did not quibble on fixing any small issues (e.g. putting on new front tyres, giving the car a new MOT etc). I also believe I paid a fair price for the car.
The car comes with a 3 month warranty and the small issue I had with the aircon (these things happen on used cars) Tower Hill had sorted quickly and with absolutely no quibbles. I always think it's not whether issues arise but how they are dealt with and I can honestly say Tower Hill were first class in how they dealt with it.
So you can buy with confidence from Tower Hill Garage as they WILL look after you. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful customer service. I just bought a Ford Fiesta ztech and after dealing with suzuki salesman and Suzuki finance for years, driving for twenty and buying cars all over Europe, I can safely say that I would never go anywhere else for a car other than Tower Hill garage.
The car is perfect, the finance and paperwork dealings were fast. And they absolutely covered every possible angle to make it as easy as possible when I went to collect. The car was exactly as described, perfect and well looked after. Tower Hill in Farnborough was a Two hour journey for me, that’s how desperate I was to buy from them, along with their great reviews, which actually hardly do them justice, they are a small ‘family’ business who take care of their customers and cars.
They’re really honest and trustworthy too. I really can’t praise or thank them enough for all they did, even collecting me from the train station! Thank you Alan and all your staff for a great car buying experience. I will see you next time. Donna.

I purchased a vehicle at the begining of January, to which I was very happy with the price, Neil (he was professional and told me everything I needed to know) and they had put a new MOT on it. Today 30/01/2021 I had a major problem with it, due to the Covid and the distance I live away from them, they requested that I visit a independant garage to have it looked at. The independat Garage diagnosed the problem. Due to the great comunication between the Garage and Neil, my car was fixed today and it meant that I was not without a car. I am extremely happy with the service I received, not only did I have a issue with my fiat which was professionally dealt with and was treated very fair, but the second hand car I purchased has been deeply cleaned, well looked after and everything organised for me upon arrival.

UPDATE: took the car I bought back to Tower Hill Garage Street a year later for MOT and Service and the excellent experience I had purchasing the car was replicated. Booked in quickly, price competitive and the staff friendly and professional. Worth noting in the 1st year of having the car there have been no problems at all and it passed the MOT and Service with no issues.
ORIGINAL: So impressed with Tower Hill Garage. I found the type of car I wanted in several garages but visiting Tower Hill made it an easy choice to buy from them. All of the staff were super friendly and very down to earth - absolutely no pushy sales people in sight. They were honest and very helpful with their advice. When I decided to purchase they made the process easy and totally stress free. They seem to be a garage that genuinely cares about their reputation and what their customers think of them. I couldn't recommend them more and it will be the first garage I visit in the future if I'm in need again.

Over the past 14 years I have bought two cars from this garage - and they both turned out to be excellent decisions.
As someone who knows scarily little about what to look for when purchasing a car, the sales guys could very easily have ripped me off if that was their game. It isn't though. They listened carefully to what my budget and motoring needs were; they suggested a range of vehicles to meet those needs; they patiently laid out the differences between those cars and left it to me to make a decision. At no point did they actively plug the more expensive ones - or put me under any pressure to make a quick decision.
The after sale service also turned out to be excellent. Whenever I need a service and/or an MOT, they give me a courtesy car for the day, they give me a ring to let me know what they need to do and how much it'll cost (most of the time I'm relieved at the number) and the car is ready for me when they say it will be. A small story to illustrate their commitment to customer satisfaction: My car had a headlight that would go through bulbs faster than it should. Whenever this happened they just sorted it out on the spot. No payment needed for the labour or the bulbs. It's a small cost to them but where else would you get that kind of gesture these days. These guys don't let you down - they work hard to get your return business.

My partner, Mrs Lewis and I purchased a Hyundai i40 Premium Estate back in November 2019. We live over an hour away from the dealer so we had to rely on other reviews and our initial phone call to the dealer. The vehicle was exactly as described on the web site, prepared to a high standard and the collection was straight forward. I have to say that the after sales service has been outstanding. Having spent over 20 years in the motor trade, we have a good idea of what people should expect and the team didn't let us down. Under the warranty we had an air con problem, happened after delivery to us, which was resolved without question, within a very accommodating time period. We do feel very confident moving forward that should we have any other issues, it will be dealt with in a professional and courteous way, something that is lacking far to often nowadays. What an absolute gem of a garage this is.
I bought a used Hyundai from them 4 months ago (I waited until the warranty ran out before writing). It was probably the cheapest car they have ever sold but they treated me & the car as if it was top of the range. Fantastic service from Tower Hill. I got my last car from them 5 years ago and went straight back, despite living 80 miles away! My every car you get comes with a warranty and the communication is great. Every car comes with the service history and log book and you can be rest assured that what you are buying will last. I had my old Renault's handbrake fixed with no problems within the warranty and my new car they made sure it had a full MOT and service. For a woman, it's difficult to find a great dealer who will not trip you up. Friend of mine have also used Tower Hill and have been so happy with the service!
