Such a fantastic service and brilliant family run opticians. Having been a customer at a high street chain for years, I was fed up of the sub par treatment and feeling as if you were being rushed through the door. Glad I switched to an independent and wished I'd done it sooner. Great selection of glasses and superior customer service from a team that cares for your vision.

Recently became a customer for the first time and you feel welcome as soon as you enter M S Kalsi. Every member of staff I have encountered has been helpful & welcoming and booking in was an easy process. Had an informative eyesight test during which all of my questions were answered, and received personalised advice with regards to purchasing new glasses. Fantastic value as well. Despite having been a customer somewhere else in the village for approximately 15 years I will never go anywhere other than M S Kalsi after this. I am really confident in the service that they provide & would recommend to anyone.

I recently visited M S Kalsi Opticians after repeatedly being disappointed with a more commercial Opticians and not only was the service excellent, Sam was able to prescribe exactly what I needed. It has been a great relief to have the correct lenses for my visual requirements including sunglasses. A very caring and efficient family business which I am very pleased to have found!

After using Boots Opticians for many years I stumbled across M S Kalsi whilst walking down Banstead High Street.
The staff were more than accommodating and extremely professional. The advice was sincere and in no way pushy. They took time to explain and listen to my requirements and match the products exactly to my taste and specification.
I am not an easy customer to deal with yet Sam and her brother have managed to far exceed my own expectations.
I will not be using any other opticians from now on and will be a lifelong loyal customer to M S Kalsi.

Fantastic family opticians, the level of service is impeccable from the eye test to helping me pick out glasses. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything instead I was helped and guided through the process. The eye test was very thorough and I could not fault my whole experience. I would highly recommend this optician not only for the vast range of glasses they have on offer but mainly for the excellent service.
