bought a replacement battery. As I left my brakes failed on the way home. Called out AA who said the installer had severed my brake servo pipe. Phoned to complain and told the manager was away, would contact me in a few days. Go to a proper garage - it's not worth it, even if it looks cheap.

I went in for a new car battery and for it to be fitted. Halfords supplied the battery but the 'fitter' couldnt manage to get the old battery out because he didnt have the correct tools. Ended up taking the battery to a garage for a two minute job.

I bought a Carrera Bike at Halfords Winnersh Branch. The staff are very friendly, although I had a minor issue with delivery, it was resolved by Store Manger Scott quickly and very well. Other staff Diego, Rob and Mieah they are all very friendly and helpful. Bikes are built perfectly on time. Much appreciated.

Very helpful staff. Technician outside spotted my wiper was up, popped it down to protect my windscreen and then came and found me in store to let me know. Chap at the checkout replaced my (used) blade even though I had bought the wrong one by accident. Great service!

Recent experience with my bicycle service and repair was very poor. There was no communication as to the delay and once I received the cycle, i am now noticing the gear shift is not working as expected. I am not visiting halfords for any bicycle service / repair ever again as this experience stressed me out very much. A very unhappy customer.
