Very small store, however good supplies for horse feeds, shavings etc. Limited amount of people allowed in store for social distancing, plus hand sanitizer for customers. Friendly staff.

Just been to the Mole for the last time
My wife and I were treated unhelpfully from start to finish by the 2 female staff members
We left there feeling totally patronised and angry
The customer service was terrible and the younger of the 2 staff members even laughed at our questions
Whilst we may not be from a farming background we are both professionals and I would highly recommend The Mole addresses these staff issues before you lose lots of other customers
As I said previously we will certainly not be returning
