There was no queue when we arrive in a weekday. Service was quick. The VIP coupon as mentioned by another reviewer still works as at 25-1-2018. Remember to go to their website & download.

They offer probably the best currency exchange rates in whole Prague. Most of the other currency exchange service providers in Prague are nothing but a bunch of scam artist. I exchanged some Euros to get the Czech Koruna (CZK) and got really good rates. I would highly recommend them.

maybe it used to be the best one in the past, but nowadays is just another one. 26,80 for VIP is not a great deal when you can find it for 26,97.
Anyway, if you want to go there it is up to you, if you are just here for a holidays you will just lose a beer or two... but it is not a great idea for people living here
