The PYP course has been the best course I have invested in and has changed the way I approach my patients forever. While I still have a lot to learn and implement, following Asif's steps has helped me to make my exams more consistent and enabled me to prepare for different scenarios in a systematic manner. Before you go on any course to learn new techniques this is essential. Asif breaks down the fundamentals of so many aspects of dentistry that most of us have no concept of until taught. As a principal it changed my entire practice and team. We built a culture , improved patient care and ultimately for me this meant increased revenue and a happy team. Now I recommend every team member participate in the course and make the investment as there is no better investment than the one you make in yourself.

Definitely recommend the PYP course!
It is very valuable whether you are an associate or a principal. I would advise to do this course before any other clinical course! Great being taught by Asif and the trainers (Vimal, Ameeka, Vish and Sumita)- all so welcoming and provided us with life long lessons!!

You may think you know how to do a dental examination but I have two words for you... AS IF!
I am so glad that I took part in the Exam Cycle Course at the early stage in my career, though I think it would be useful at any stage. Asif and his team have been a great help, they are friendly, professional and are confident in what they are teaching. After every session I was inspired to try out the new techniques and communication skills I had learnt. I have already seen patients responding better to me and I think with more time and practise, I will continue to see improvement. I appreciate the time and effort that Asif and his team have put in to deliver this course live and through webinars during the pandemic.

I have had the great fortune to work with Asif under his mentorship for a number of years before the inception of Squadron and have had the privilege to be guided by his supreme ability to breakdown the seemingly obvious into easy to understand frameworks can be easily applied into any practice setting. I joined the Associate course 6 years ago and although at the very beginning of the Squadron journey, I had great confidence in Asif's ability to constructively (and humorously) teach some of the most important foundations any practicing dentist should most definitely be taught. The course requires discipline, and Asif is the best of Mr Miyagi and Marie Condo. The trainers are all very supportive and happy to go above and beyond to help (thanks Rina and Rajiv!).
I strongly recommend this course to anyone who is open to change. Through the process of understanding patients and gaining behavioural insights one also develops a better understanding of ones own behaviour and a sense of self awareness.

I did FFQ back in 2018 and PYP in 2018/19. Both are fantastic courses. PYP focuses on honing in on the important soft skills and amalgammating these with our clinical expertise during the crucial check up appointment. FFQ and the frameworks taught allow for a systematic way to monitor your skills and how best to exercise and develop them. Out of all the investments I have made in my dentistry, from loupes and a camera to courses and qualifications, the PYP/Exam cycle course has had the greatest impact of all. It has changed the way I speak to patients, has got me to do more of the treatments I want to do, made dentistry more enjoyable, more profitable but above all, has helped me get across to patients my own value as a dentist.

He has a way of breaking down and teaching new concepts in a way that makes sense and manages to put structure into places you didn't think there could be! We come out of dentistry knowing little of the business of running a dental surgery.
Most of us principals jumped in at the deep end and tried to learn the skills as we went along. This usually resulted in a very stressful and very slow growth (or lack of it) in the business. That’s pretty much is how I found it.
I was introduced to Asif courses though a friend that had gone through difficult times Having been through Asif’s programs he turned his business around in a superb and dramatic way.
I was in a very similar position and my friend recognized that and asked that I look into Asif’s programs. I was hooked from the intro.
Squadron strategies teaches you the skills you need to have to be able move your practice from something that makes you want to tear your hair out to something that brings you joy.
It gives you the strategies to manage the cause of the practices problems, this quite often is ourselves, which most of us find hard to admit.
My business has grown 3 fold by implementing small but significant changes that I learnt from Squadron Strategies.
Unlike most of the “consultants” out there Asif is a dentist. He has been there and done that. I have found that his methods come with no caveats and can be implemented without ANY compromise on your own ethics. The strategies are not a sales pitch. They are for the most part a skill set that I wish I had before buying a practice. I would highly recommend Asif to all dentists, principals and associates.
