Very disappointing. Before leaving the car for servicing and MOT tests, I was told that the brake pad wear indicator could be fixed.
After waiting 6 hours, I was told that it wasn't possible to fix it and the car failed the MOT tests because of it.
They couldn't even change the left mirror glass and the front dipped beam bulb...

I was not very impressed hearing from Kwit Fit the day before my MOT that one of their equipment was not working. I therefore had to reschedule the following week which was a major inconvernient as I had to immobilise m car for 2 days. Apologies would have been appreciated. I will think twice before using Kwik Fit next time.

It's a busy store so some waiting is expected, especially if the service required has not been pre-booked.
Entry is on the *right* hand side of a road in a busy multi-lane one-way system, just after a tight turn. Entry to parking could be much better signposted, to avoid confusion.

Avoid this place. They try to sell overpriced tyre sets even on smallest defects like nail/screw in tyre instead of repairing . They will tell you "your tyres are old" even if they are less than 12 month old with 1500 miles only Use Fulham Kwik Fit instead. Over there they are fair and competent.
