I bought and paid for a $300 bottle of scotch, and 2 weeks went by without a tracking number or any response. I have reached out to them by email 5 times with no reply, AND NO SCOTCH. What a joke! Do not buy from these people.

This company is an absolute dream. I have never known a service this efficient. I ordered a bottle of Hennessey XO Cognac with personal engraving before lunch on the 11/01, to my surprise the order was dispatched the very next day and delivered later that afternoon. Very poor customer service. Paid for next day delivery. Item landed a week later! Even though it was ordered at Christmas time i have ordered at the same time the previous year with no problems. But severely let down my item did not arrive on time. When i complained the repose had my name wrong and refused to refund the next day delivery charges despite taking 1 day short of a week to delivery. I may not be the customer that spends mountains of money with them but I am still a customer and should be valued as a customer. Not happy with the service provided. Will not use them again ever and certainly would not recommend to anyone. Sourse your items elsewhere.

TERRIBLE!!! Bought and paid for a bottle of expensive whiskey for dad's birthday, they took my money and promised delivery on Friday 5th August before 6:30pm on that date at 7pm I received an email saying that because the delivery address was not the same as the billing address they will not deliver. Instead they will keep the postage I paid for it to be delivered and wait until I contact them to correct their error once this has been corrected I'm welcome to pay an extra delivery charge to get the package on time. Unless they have a time machine this is impossible.

ordered a gift in plenty of time to be delivered to France, the parcel arrived at the depot in France and then didnt move for over a week, i chased The Whiskey Exchange for answers and everyday they told me there were issues at the depot. I finally lost patience and asked for a refund, i then decided to call Parcelforce myself and was told the parcel was marked as lost days ago. Very poor service and communication as not once did they call me back and i had to do all the chasing

Completely disheartened with this company. They failed to deliver a paid for pre-noon next day delivery. Their courier lost the order they send out a new one. And their apology consisted of refusal to refund the delivery charge to compensate me for my time wasted.

Bought for the promotional "Father's day weekend delivery" - which i ordered well within the countdown time shown on website. Did not arrive on the weekend, arrived after Father's day. Shouldn't make promises you can't keep. In reply to your response: then why was the countdown still going on your website? I ordered because of that countdown.

I ordered a 1986 Glenturret whiskey bottle for my husband's birthday. Their site clearly says 1 standard 70cl bottle = approximately 1.75kg and the delivery charges (in US) up to 2 kg is 43.61$. However, I was charged 74.6$. When asked, their customer service replied that the bottle comes in 7kg presentation box. Well, when I received the bottle it was in no 7 kg presentation box. The entire package barely weighed 2 kgs. I contacted the customer service again and this time they replied saying its the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight for the package came out to be 1.5kg (even less). So clearly they are trying to make a fool out of their customers and making money from the delivery charges. Very Very disappointing customer service.

They sent the right box with the wrong bottle inside, took a month to arrange a return cause they couldn't find the correct one. Guess what, the box I returned is now back on sale again with the wrong bottle inside. Avoid them at any cost.

I have contacted Whisky Exchange regarding one bottle to ask about the level of filling. No reply whatsoever. And guess what - you don't really want to buy a bottle for £1,250 with a customer service like that. Can't review shipping quality as we didn't get to this part due to their total lack of communication.
