Got here about 4 mins before close on a Saturday to pick up parts. They were very happy to help. And when my card wouldn't work to pay they managed to find a way around it as and I was on my way. Good service at an okay price

I bought a car battery a year ago with a 5 year guarantee. When I tried to return the flat battery this morning I was told that I needed the receipt, even though they keep all of my details on their computer. I’ve bought a new one elsewhere. Remember to keep your receipts safe for 5 years because everyone does this

Helpful staff, although this branch tends to get a bit slow when it comes to serving customers at busier times. It can take even 40 minutes to get your parts collected if you ordered online. Other than that recommend.

Europarts is very handy to have in the area. The one in Sunderland has parking which makes it handy and us just a couple of minutes drive off the Wessington Way. Turn left at the DFS shop garage opposite and it is next right then right again

Even if only a couple of people on shop, wait ages to get served, if there is half a dozen in queue, prepare to wait half hour, as often only 1 staff on till. So even a click and collect order, you can be in store 30 mins
