Friendly and helpful sales people who are not pushy and are genuinely interested in helping you make the right decision. Would definitely recommend. We dealt with Peter, who was very helpful, but his colleagues that we met were all extremely friendly too and we wouldn't hesitate returning there or recommending to others. Great selection of cars.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Horrible customer service, upon arrival the salesmen had a face on and was very rude. Rang them to view a car from Liverpool and arranged an appointment in 2 days advance. The car was very dirty and wasn't even clean the slightest. AVOID AT ANY COST IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT AND WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Bought an A3 from them recently. Very please with the car. Spent 6 months looking for the right one and was disappointed by the cars seen previously by other well known dealers in the North West. Cars were always not as described. Williams proved otherwise and the car was exactly as promised. The other cars that I looked at were the cleanest second hand ones I'd seen also. They even picked me up from the station when I went to pick it up!

Not impressed, Andy took a deposit on a car to hold it for me, and then they down valued my car and as the sale was not going ahead, he said they would refund my deposit in three days. TEN DAYS later they still have not done this, they don't return calls when they say they will. I'm not impressed with the service.Don't use them. Please don't buy a car from them.
