Absolutely a 5 star dealership for second hand cars and I can highly recommend Tom to help you with the purchase. They realised the previous owners last service had missed spark plugs and a pollen filter after going to the effort of ringing them. They actually called me after I’d purchased the vehicle. The car was brought back in for them to be replaced. How many garages would do that for you? I also opted for the ceramic coating which has left a 4 year old car looking brand new. They price their cars very competitively and still provide first rate service. They won’t shy from doing what’s needed to provide you a quality vehicle. Thanks again Tom I’m really pleased!

Omar was great to work with and nothing was too much trouble - videos of the car were sent promptly and all questions answered. ***AMAZING SERVICE BY OMAR***
After hunting for a specific vehicle and dealing with a few main dealers who where quite frankly terrible I came across a mint Jaguar XE in the best colour combination I have seen (gunmetal grey with black five spoke wheels). The vehicle was in excellent condition other than a few minor items which OMAR rectified prior to collection. OMAR went out of his way and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about the purchase. Nothing was too much and his communication was excellent....what a guy!!
Williams Select (specifically OMAR), thank you for an enjoyable and hassle free experience. Ill be back when my wife upgrades her Captur.

Found my 18 plate Skoda Karoq on Autotrader, great price, immaculate condition. Greg the salesman was really knowledgeable about the cars features etc.... No haggling over part ex, great px price and got great deal on gap insurance. It made a really nice change to deal with a salesman who was human, not pushy, smarmy and I commented to Greg this at the time. I'd highly recommend dealing with Williams BMW used cars at Old Trafford. I live in Bury and would definitely use them again despite the distance

I'm giving them a honest review. Their customer service is excellent and I dealt with Greg, who went above and beyond to help me. However, the car provided by them had an underlying mechanical fault. A few weeks after leaving Manchester with the car, the engine light popped up on the dashboard. I then called Williams select and they said it's fine you have 6 months warranty (I spoke to someone else not Greg) , but they was not apologetic about the problem nothing. I called up the warranty company provided by Williams select and they have stated that the fault isn't covered in the warranty policy, in fact... after re reading the warranty policy, almost nothing is covered. So my question today is.. who will be responsible for paying £1,000 + which we've been quoted by different mechanics, including Mercedes themselves ... to fix our new car. I am honestly so shocked and I need Williams to respond on how they can help as they are the dealers who sold this car to me

Very poor experience with this company. The poor service I received is too much to write so I’ll give bullet points.
Car promised on the Wednesday but didn’t happen and I wasn’t notified.
Car promise Friday didn’t happen but after lots of discussion it was brought to me.
Timing belt changed as promised but they left a pipe off so the car broke down the day after delivery. Cost to fix incurred by me.
Sat nav SD card supplied as promised but not compatible and doesn’t work.
Car cleaning pack promised but never received. I’ve called sines and they said it would be sent out but again not received.
Log book not received apparently they forgot. Again I’ve chased but still no logbook or call back to explain what’s going on.
All in all it’s been appalling service and after spending £22,500 I would of expected more. The sales guy dealing with my sale was Ryan. I would suggest give him and this company a wide birth to avoid disappointment.

The car has been a dream in the 10 days I've owned it and I'm very happy.

Don't bother giving these guys a deposit I've chased them 5 times via phone and email. They took a deposit on a car, several days go by for them to tell me the car is actually sold. They don't even have the courtesy to give me my money back after their error. They are not interested in giving me my refund. AVIOD
UPDATE
The recommended time period is not 6 weeks! Do not try and mislead people because you have a a lackluster workforce. The only reason I received my refund was because I started to leave negative reviews and threatened the motor ombudsman. I wonder how much extra income you guys collect at the end of the year refusing/hoping people the refund they’re entitled to. Disgusting service! Absolute disgrace of a dealership

Audi TT Ultra Black Edition - Saw exactly what I was looking for, although I lived quite a distance away I spoke with Russell who was really helpful assured me the car was perfect and sorted everything online. When I arrived the car was exactly as described. I wasn't pressured in anyway, and knew even if the car wasn't right for me I could walk away. I was left to fully view the car before completing. Russell had everything prepared for me and completing the normal paperwork was made even easier. Thanks again Russell. Would recommend.

I’ve recently purchased a vehicle from William select and I had the pleasure of dealing with Omar throughout the entire process. He was very proactive throughout the whole process. I was kept well informed every step of the way. Upon viewing the car I pointed out a few bits I needed fixing and when I came to collect my new car a few days later everything was fixed to the highest standard, I even had a full tank of fuel and the car was pristine inside and out. I can happily say I received a 5 star service and I will be going back in a few months to source a car for my partner

What a delightful experience I had with Tom from Williams Select. Tom was responsive, proactive, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. All my questions were answered honestly, which is encouraging considering most sales people sell you a dream. On the day of my handover, Tom helped me with personal issues around my journey, my private plate and a service plan - again - going that extra mile. The car itself sparkled, my documents were well presented and I couldn't haven't been happier. It was a seamless process and one I was happy I traveled 3 hours from London for. Wouldn't recommend, bought a bmw 1 series last year, many issues found shortly after the purchase for which I was offered some money back for (not what Williams themselves would have charged to rectify themselves). Car was prepped to a poor standard with interior still left dirty. Clear mechanical defects left unoted on what was supposed to have been a full heath check before service.

Great experience! I had Omar dealing with my purchase and he was excellent from start to finish- I have never purchased a car before by myself & he made it so smooth & not stressful at all!
Omar stayed late for me through the week so I could go and view the car due to work commitments. He had the car cleaned & prepared in pristine condition.
The car had over half a tank of petrol in ready for me to drive away for the weekend.
My new car looks & feels brand new!
10/10 experience and will be going back soon with my partner to look for another car.

Turns out they didn’t even service the car and I only found this out as my wife was driving it 2 days after collection and came up please fill oil which was strange so anyways top it up and called and explained the situation which Russel assured me it has been serviced so I said I I need to get it serviced again as been topped up with not the same grade. Garage called me who I sorted to service it and said this has not been serviced recently the oil was very black and oil filter was falling to bits so spoke to Russel back and fourth always me chasing him he agreed a refund will be done again waiting weeks and weeks for this. Am A easy man to get on with don’t state on order form you will service the car when you don’t. Luckily it has electronic oil level to state it had low oil as I would never have checked it as I put trust into the company. It could have blown the engine up with my daughter in the car and caused thousands! Of damage!

I dealt with Russell who was a honourable gentleman throughout. It felt like I was taking a gamble with the car being in Manchester and me living in Norfolk but Russell arranged for photos initially and then a video . Collected me from the train station , left me with the car to check it over inside and out before agreeing to buy. He also made a follow up phone call a couple of days later to ensure I was happy with the purchase.

I came from a distance and therefore everything was done online/over the phone but I never felt I was missing out. Russell went out of his way to help me and for that I cannot thank him enough!
