Some Things
In mid July I attended a wedding reception at your premises. I must say I had never considered the venue, but was surprisingly impressed. The décor was simply yet elegant and venue space was more than enough for this occasion. The evening buffet was again simple but plentiful, The bar had a nice selection and should have catered for everyone, prices were a little high but to be expected, I've certainly paid more at other places . The staff I interacted with were fantastic, a little understaffed but fantastic nonetheless. Unfortunately from 7:30pm onwards (party in full swing I might add) there was only 2 young girls in the bar 1 of which was not old enough to serve under current laws (but did a good job collecting glasses and clearing tables etc .) The 2nd girl although probably just about old enough, I felt was under too much pressure to fulfill the numerous orders, however I must add she did an amazing job under the circumstance. I know it's difficult to manage staff for events (I'm in the bar industry myself) As you can never ascertain if all guest will attend and even if they do if they will make purchases , I understand that its cheaper to have younger staff, But I had seen 2 other older and presumably more qualified members of staff throughout the evening. To ease the burden on the poor girls in the main bar I went to another smaller bar, where another lady (1 of the other senior? staff I mentioned) was busy cooking and serving out food and drinks to your none wedding customers, I must admit feeling a bit guilty for keep pestering her just to save myself from waiting, but again she was absolutely wonderful and understanding and never complained once about me being at that bar,. She did comment and say there should have been 2 staff serving in the main room. and she would try and find out where she had gone. She never did get back to me but as mentioned earlier she was extremely busy running that bar and main business side of things . It wasn't until after 10pm just as I was to call it a night that a the 2nd older member of (mentioned earlier) joined the wedding party bar , I had seen her numerous times previously in the evening but not at either bar, or actively engaging with the wedding party guests,

Positive - mostly excellent staff, food and drink more than satisfactory clean and tidy with ample space.
Negative - Staffing levels
Would I recommend you: Yes
Would I visit again: Maybe (even if just to try the other facilities)

Popped into the café after having a basket of balls on the golf range. Marie is always very friendly and helpfull. The chocolate brownie was obviously home made and went down well with the great coffees.

Staff are very friendly. Driving range is OK but a little tired and needing some TLC. Price for balls is high compared to other ranges. Shop next to driving range is very good.

Room was small and shabby (shower head broken, wall had big bare plastered patch!), nice bedding though. Very loud, constantly disturbed by drunk, shouting guests and slamming doors all throughout the night as there were 2 weddings going on...reimbursed breakfast the next day, but wouldn't recommend or stay again

Went here with a Groupon voucher, which made an 18-hole mini golf course just £7 for two, including a soft drink. For that price it's good value, but the regular prices are fairly expensive (and realistically quite overpriced).
The course itself is a 9-hole course, so you go round twice for 18 holes, which isn't unexpected, but is a bit of a shame, though at least you'll be used to the course the second time around. The holes themselves are very simplistic, and not massively challenging or fun, so any entertainment is really in those you play with and how terrible they might be (it's always more fun to be awful at mini golf).
Everything is clean and tidy, though, and the bar is lovely, so if you can get in with a voucher then it's definitely worth a visit.

Went the there for the mini golf. The course is only 9 holes but is fun and not too simple. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I've been here several times and will keep coming back in future, 60 balls for £3 is very good value. The staff's friendliness and having tees that load themselves makes it a relaxing place to spend some time to just relax and take some swings for an amateur like myself.

Great driving range however been kicked out earlier than closing time because team wants to go home didint really appreciate. Apparently it advertises 10pm finish on wed, thur and Friday but they like to close access to the balls at 9?
If this is so then opening times need to be changed.
This has put me off a little due to staff attitudes to customers! Shame.
