Awesome service from Carson cars! We knew exactly what we wanted & wouldn't settle for less. We told Mike what we were looking for & he found it! Everything was pretty much done for us when we got there & it was a great experience Thank You Carson Cars we love our Escalade (just a little bit!!) We bought my second Cadillac Escalade through Carson Cars and absolutely love it! Mike searched high and low for the exact car that I was looking for and even found one newer than I thought we would find. I had asked him to look for a 2015 or newer and he found me a 2017 which is perfect! He took the time to listen to what we wanted and made us extremely happy customers! Of course we will be back!! When we bought our 2015 Mazda CX-9 Sport they only let us test drive it up and down the block for a few minutes. Prior to purchasing the car we were made unaware of the extent of body damage done to the vehicle. Which we only found out when we hit i-90 at 70 miles an hour. The plastics on the front wheel and back wheel wells started shaking and wobbling really bad and making bad sounds as well as the left rear brake light is broken out of it's spot. Body parts and brake light are missing plastic pins to secure. We have been trying to get this repaired for the last 6 months and they have been reluctant to keep us informed when the right parts are to be in so we can schedule a date to come in and have cosmetic details fixed. Within the last 4 months of purchasing the vehicle the brakes went out and they were also reluctant to fix it. It took a great deal of persuading and point making in order for them to agree to repair the brakes. We let them know that there's a law against selling vehicles in poor condition so they decided to not make a fuss about it and just fix the right rear breaks. They replaced the right rear drum and brakes however the braking system altogether is still in need of repair. It wobbles really bad when breaking. We have just had a horrible experience with Carson cars as far as purchasing our second vehicle from them. Which they never gave us our title to the first vehicle we purchased from them. This will be the last time that we trade cars in with Carson cars and try to make a common and basic car deal. I would recommend going to Northwest Motorsports who seem to have a lot more care for their customers and want them to have a safe and reliable vehicle. And when repairs are needed due to their lack of attention before selling the vehicle Northwest Motorsports is Keen on helping the customer with their needs and feeling comfortable with the sale of a vehicle.

I had a great experience w these folks. Ashlie was my initial contact. Fernando closed the deal and Scott got the financing through. They were all great. I dread buying cars but they made it simple enough given some details surrounding what I needed. I got my son into a really good runner and he's thrilled. Vehicle has a $50 glitch that we identified and they agreed to fix it post sale. Large inventory of cars and prices. I was very pleased with the outcome and I'll be going back.

never again buy a car in this bussiness , i wanted to buy a car but the seller told me the car was in the mechanic shop and he make me to put a deposit so they don't sell the car and they will call me after they have the car fix from the mechanic shop and they sold the car and never call me not even to go and get my deposit..

After buying my first car at a super shady dealership and it backfiring on me I did not want to have to finance and deal with another used car dealership. But after buying countless A-B cars and dealing with them breaking down only months later I decided to look around and buy a car I am super happy I was able to speak with Tristan in sales who helped me feel good about getting a new car with them and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns honestly .They did literally everything they could to help me get into a sound vehicle the same day the financing /admin team was super friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated them steering me towards vehicles that they knew were going to be reliable. It is a used car lot that being said I did notice they have a very good range of different types of vehicles and in different price ranges so you can feel confident you will find something you like with what you have to pay down. Can’t say enough good stuff ty!

I found the vehicle online. I sent my inquiry and I got multiple texts from different sales people. Addison texted me multiple times in 30 minutes, which was a bit excessive, in my opinion. She wanted to schedule and appointment around noon, but I asked to meet earlier. She said I can meet with a gentleman named Zack @ 9am. When I arrived for the appointment Zack, didn't make it in to work. At that point, I was ready to move on to the next vehicle at another dealer. A gentleman named Tristan greeted me and he seemed pretty cool, so I decided to stick around for the test drive. From there it was a great experience. Tristan and Robert is the reason why I stayed. They treated me good and didn't beat around the bush. Robert, got me the deal I wanted with no hassle. To top that he let me test drive the car for the day so I can run some errands. Scott, in finance, was awesome. I am always cautious going to smaller lots like this, but the vehicle was super nice. Very low miles (2015 w/ 31k miles) and in great condition. Very satisfied with my purchase and I am very happer with the team (Tristan,Robert & Scott) who helped me.

I’ve been to a lot of used car lots and it’s always the same uncomfortable feeling the second you walk on the lot. I always avoid having to speak with the typical salesman. But at Carson it’s way different! I came to the lot and was greeted with a great smile and outgoing personality, David Gonzalez!! it was the best experience ever. He was really honest and easy to talk to. He made the car buying experience fun. Highly recommended for buying a used car. I love my new car.

I was very happy with the help I had gotten from Tristan and the rest of the Carson family. They worked hard to be able to get me into the vehicle I had wanted and was very pleasant to talk to them and be able to get straight answers. What a joke of customer service. Do not buy the extended warranty. They will tell you it covers specifics and then your 3500 out because sure enough it doesn't. Then you have a 30 day cancelation for money back and you'll do so but Jessica will never send the check to you and refuse to take emails and calls. I proved that it was all taken care of on the warranty end and they proved the check was mailed to Jessica at Carson Cars. I have never seen that money again. Jessica is rude when you call and flat out doesn't care. They STOLE $1700 from us. Now won't even pick up our calls. Mike Carson if you see this get your staff in check or you'll have a law suit. I want my $1700 warranty money back.

We purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 99k miles and a 2 year 24k mile Warranty. Had it 3 months and after 1700 miles it’s in the shop and needs a whole new motor. We contacted Carson Cars who said they could repair the truck, first appointment in two weeks, and would charge us for the full repair OR we could contact the warranty company. The truck has now been in the shop a full month, the warranty company will only pay for a used motor, however doesn’t pay for the labor associated with breaking the truck down or diagnosing it. So out of pocket we have to pay at least $1000 even though the deductible is only $300. Its barely driven 100 miles a week. What a scam of a company, they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and the warranty they sell is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody except my worst enemy.

I did not end up getting a vehicle through Carson Cars but that was my fault my salesman Tristan showed me so many great vehicles I really couldn’t make my mind up and my wife ended up purchasing a vehicle without me knowing but Tristan really took his time in figuring out what my family was going to need with all the bells and whistle‘s in a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Carson Cars in Lynnwood and asking for Tristan to help you out he’s a good kid and doesn’t pressure anything on to you at the time of a sale. I had an appointment at Carson Cars today Jan 9 2021 with David Gonzalez. Who I've had the pleasure to know for a few months now. My appointment was at 11am and right when I got there he immediately greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. I already had an idea of what car I wanted to get but I took a few minutes to walk around the lot and check a few more out. When I found several that I liked I went in to David's desk and talked about which ones I was looking at and he grabbed the keys to a couple of the cars I liked and I test drove them. I settled on one and he began the paperwork I had a couple snags hold me up from getting that car but David found a solution and figured out a way I could drive home in something decent that I liked today. He really went to bat for me and got me the best possible rates. He spent the majority of the day from 11am to about 4pm working on getting me into a car. It was a great experience working with David, laughing and joking around. And no matter the hold up's that arose David fought for me to be able to purchase the vehicle. Carson Cars is a big family and when I thought I was riding Uber home David found a way to get me in one of the vehicles I wanted and really made me feel like one of the family. I even had the pleasure to meet the owner Mike Carson before I left, and David, Mike, and I stood around for a little while Talking and laughing. I had a great time buying a vehicle from David at Carson Cars and I would recommend if you are in need of a vehicle to go down to Carson Cars and ask for David Gonzalez he is very respectful and he is definitely a go getter and went out of his way to get me into a vehicle. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed in to anything I didn't want and he listened to my wants and the hold up's and found a way around them and got me what I wanted. Thanks David!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE. Everything was great leaving the lot Fernando was so helpful, perfect experience until I left. Since they don't put gas in the cars I needed to fill my tank... But I couldn't, anytime you try to put gas in it stops as if it's full so I can only pump $1 at a time. They sold me a car that has a gas tank that doesn't work! And then expect me to come out of pocket to fix it. They obviously don't or can't ensure the safety or functionality of their cars. There was mold on my passenger seatbelt. My trunk was soaked in whatever they used to wash the trunk with but never dried it. Edit: I wouldn't have to come out of pocket for the fix, I just have to trust them to fix a car problem they supposedly didn't even know existed.

If I could rate it lower I would. The car we were sold was a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they claimed had no issues. Within a week it broke down on the freeway nearly killing my fiance; the serpentine belt shredded, the water pump blew, there were metal shards in the coolant which our personal mechanic said is a clear sign they used an additive to cover up problems they knew about, head gasket blew, 6 of the 8 cylinders were cracked and not working. It took a month and a half for them to tow the darn thing, three days in a row they claimed to have sent someone and they didn't, Mike Carson the owner said that they would not charge us and then he told Jessica the towing person to tell us they wouldn't charge IF we left a good review for them. That is bribery. He asked us to lie to all of you reading this. When they finally looked at the vehicle they repaired $1500 worth of problems we didn't even send the car in for. Our personal mechanic said it needed a brand new engine and that the repairs alone would be almost $7000. The loan on the car was about $5000. This place is a lying heap of junk. Do not shop here. Go literally anywhere else. Please for the love of whatever you find holy or special save yourselves and your credit. They refused to take the car back with a dozen different reasons, but rather then give us the reasons all at once they stretched it out to milk us for money and risked our lives, and the lives of all drivers and pedestrians. They ruined out credit because our only option has been to have our creditor repossess the car. My fiance is going to be working 60+hrs a week for the next 6months minimum and I will be working 2+ jobs for the unforseable future to pay off our missed car loan payments, the car repair payments, our $3000 overdue rent, and my recent medical bills (unrelated to the car). I hope Carson Cars shuts down forever, and I hope you all remember what you did to our family.

We just left. We had our heart knife set on a Dodge Durango. Would have been perfect for us. We were ready to make a purchase decision. However, the young man helping us Tristan did not wear masks unless asked you. He moved our car out to for us to drive without a mask. Then we get went into the sales office and no one had on a mask. Including the customers. Southern sales rep put on one when asked but when we looked around and realized that the only people wearing a mask in the place which is very small was us. We walked out. They lost his sale.

The worst company to ever go through. They ripped me and my nephew off big time. I try to even give them a chance to fix the car it set in the shop for a month got the car back and it still wasn’t fixed. Had to call several times and never got a call back. The car didn’t have any kind of lights at all. They promised to fix it. The day we got the car back it still didn’t work. The car started over heating and the heater quit working. Now I have to spend hours upon hours to take these people to court and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and The attorney general office just to get them to do the right thing. Carson Cars is undoubtedly the worst car lot to ever exist. I have spent the last several months without my car that they sold me because it's been in their shop. Their mechanics are too incompetent to fix it, even though I took it to get diagnosed at a dealership, taking all of the guesswork out of the equation. I have been disrespected by their mechanics, I have been given the run around by everyone I've spoken to about the problem, and their inability to make things right in a timely manner has costed me work, medical care, and much more. Yes, I have had to miss chemo appointments and appointments with my oncologist because of this. I’ve had to pay for a rental car because they haven't even given me a loaner car that runs decently, and that's in addition to my car payment for a car I can't even drive. This was my first car buying experience with a car lot and it has been a nightmare. I'm looking at another month at least of paying for a rental car because Carson Cars refuses to fix what's actually wrong or give me a different car. I think it's ridiculous that they lie to people and take advantage of people. I think it's ridiculous that less than 24 hours after purchasing my car, it broke down. I think it's ridiculous that they are so unprofessional. I think its time that they either find some honesty and integrity or shut down. Seriously, of all the businesses to close during this pandemic, why is a dishonest establishment left open? I am so tired of dealing with this and I will never be back after this situation is resolved. I'm currently looking for an attorney, because this has gotten out of hand. If you're going to shop here, take your own mechanic and an attorney with you, you'll need them both.

ABSOLUTEY WORST CAR LOT EVER. steer clear from here. Over 2.5 months and they still haven't paid off my trade in, dinging my credit score. I've attempted to contact Mike (the owner) personally 10 times and my dad has too but he has not reached out back to either of us. I had my truck less than 2 weeks before it was in their shop for a month because they did not know how to fix it. The 3 times that it came out of the shop for repairs, more things were wrong. Read the emails for more info. Do not buy a car from here !!!

They asked me all the right questions to find out what they had that would fit my family and I. I felt welcomed and well taken care of during my time there. They didn't force me into something I could not afford. They didn't put me into a car that needs more repairs done to it than the price of the car. i felt relieved, happy and confident after leaving their dealership. Seriously the easiest car people I've met in the last month+ of searching. They didn't phone stalk me after my first inquiry. They put up with me being flaky for 3 days in a row without pressuring or hounding me. When i got there the vehicle i wanted was getting body work done, but without hesitating they immediately agreed to get me a loaner for the week and are even bringing it to me by ferry on the other side of the water, financing was so painless that i barely even realized they were working on it and there were ZERO creepy salesman lurking around their clean, over stocked lot. I couldn't ask for a better team of men to work with. ROBERT, GARRETT and DAVID G.- i loved how u guys all worked together and made taking care of me a priority. I went in there expecting i would have to argue for every little request, but instead i left actually feeling good (guess i can return the ky i bought for our meeting ????). They dont even deserve the 1 star i purchased a 2006 BMW 535xi from Carson Cars on 9/21/2020. I interviewed with Reliable Credit over the phone, signed finance paperwork, purchased additional warranty and insurance through Geico (full coverage) and put down 1000.00 cash. the arrangement was to pay another 1000.00 down by 10/21/2020 (30 days) and my first payment in 45 days. they requested paystub copies and those were hand delivered by my daughter the next week when we sent her in to purchase a car from them as well. On Sunday October 11th we woke up and our car was gone. We called the police and they informed us that it had been repossessed. I called Carson Cars and they said they had no knowledge of this and i needed to call Monday. Monday I called at least 10 times and was immediately dismissed and sent to voicemail. Finally that evening I spoke to Jessica from Carson Cars, her explanation was our car had no financing so they had to pick it up? How can that be true I had the car 20 days, paperwork signed on 9/21/2020 and no payment due for 10 days. Jessica requested the paystubs again they were not in file i emailed them directly to her. Then she proceeded to tell me that I can get the car back if i paid 1180.00 (before the 1000.00 was even due??? and a 500.00 repossession fee. Then she requested I pay the 1180.00 over the phone and make payment arrangements on the repo fee. How can this be common practice to take a car before the scheduled payment due? Then require 680.00 additional dollars on top of agreed amount, demanding payment before contract scheduled dates? Then exactly 10 days before my daughters additional down payment was due they repossessed her new car as well. We have no car and are out 1000.00 I do not trust this car lot and their shady practices to not take the car again should we agree to pay these additional fees. They have lied to us on several occasions and to my friend who had originally referred me there. Lies regarding repairs covered in the first 90 days, referral bonuses and a few other minor statements we have found they were just pitching us for sale.
