Sales team was very helpful in explaining there cars and prepared to negotiate a very good deal to suit both us and them.
Delivery date was has agreed with free fully comprehensive insurance for one week enabling us time to seek the best deal.
After sales very good,they collect the car and return when the requires service,although we live fifteen miles away.

I have just purchased a VW Golf from Arthur Prince Loughbrough. The service I experienced from the sale consultant Anthony Chamberlain was excellent. I requested that several little details were completed before I collected the car and everyone of them was met and carried out to the highest standard. Also Anthony's manner was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Avoid - Uses Bait marketing tactics. Poor customer service. since our visit, the car in question has increased. Trade descriptions have an important influence on customers' purchasing decisions. Inaccurate or misleading trade descriptions are prohibited by the Trade Descriptions Act. Arthur Prince describe themselves to be cheapest in the UK, Very Misleading! If you look at businesses nationally many are cheaper than you. Avoid Sam Samani .Management seems to use Bait marketing just to bring in customers. Advertising for £12380 one week then increasing the price to £12980.
