I'll start with a positive - great location and well-presented clinic. However, i've found the service to be very poor. Nearly 3 months on and no follow-up has been conducted by the team following my initial dental consultation. I've since requested my scans on several occasions to no avail. No reply to emails and very difficult to get through to a member of staff on the phone.

Did a great job on a tooth replacement so can't complain there, but I was straight up lied to about the whitening service. I paid a lot of money for a supposedly 'lifetime' supply of whitening product, but when asked about the service later they say they've never heard of it! Shameful way to do business
