Rude unhelpful staff, impossible for disabled or people with buggies. Over crowded, poor access and impossible for disabled or buggy users (access to the mainline has been via the spiral staircase only)

Really needs a station upgrade.
Especially the escalator never seems to be working during peak time. Poor commuters just get on with it. Can't deal with the number of people.

Very ugly station. Over crowded during rush hour (not sure what they cam do about that) like most stations, but what makes it worse is that some staff station staff at exit points are very very rude. However not all the same as one leaves a flip chart (at the exit national rail point) with a hand written 'thought of the day' which is a lovely touch.

Small overcrowded station. Needs to be upgraded - inadequate for the no of people that use it.
