Five star company, first rate service. Bought an insignia, serviced, warranty, mot on the vehicle. Had dpf issue with vehicle no quibble looked at it replaced some parts even had diagnostic done at vauxhall, this was after 6weeks. . Even lent a car whilst mine was out of action. Nothing was too much trouble. Would I use again 'yes' would I recommend 'definitely',

So far so good.
Went to look at an Aidi A3.
Was what it said on the lics and description.
Salesman did try start the usual talk until I asked if I could plug my computer in amd check for faults.
Had a good look round.
Nothing to major wrong with the car, and what was, he knocked £100 off, and said the faults would be sorted on thurs for when we pick it up.
Overall happy.
But would say they need to read the drescription. Meantioned it says 'will be fully serviced' as per the ad. Amd the engine oil was black as.
So hopefully will be sorted when we pick it up on fri.

Bought a Seat Leon from these guys a few months ago. Friendly no pressure sale, Muzzy was a decent sort of character. Sometimes things go wrong (in this case the clutch/flywheel), but they took care of it. That is an expensive job. They were put to the test and came up trumps.

Originally went to view an Audi A4 from them, after test driving it and getting a fair offer on my previous car I decided to buy it and trade in. The car came with a full 12 months mot and a service, plus engine and gearbox warranty. Had to take the car back due to play in one of the balljoints which was replaced even though warranty wouldn’t cover (impressed) Work completed to a high standard
Overall a good experience, the car was ready to drive away quickly. No pressure sale. The sales side and the mot/service & repair bay were good. Would recommend

Went to view a vauxhall insignia at this garage,
Car was not as clean or as described online
Interior had a ripped drivers seat and was generally grubby, the exterior had some marks and rust to rear drivers door.
When i asked the salesman if at least the body work would be rectified, it was as though id asked him for £10000.
Vehicle definitly not worth £2500.
Total waste of a saturday afternoon, and on leaving the premises i noticed an auction house only 2 minutes away, so it dosent take a genious to work out where the vehicles are from.
*** please may i clarify something from the owners response ***
I was actually told i would be unable to test drive due to the car requiring a new clutch..
I have never owned an insignia. I explained i have test drove a couple in the past. My intention was to test drive this one but clearly not with a knackered clutch which i wasnt informed of before i made the 40 mile journey...
Regarding bodywork. I asked if the panels could just be touched up, not fully repainted.
Unfortunatly my 1 star remains in place.

Had nothing but problems with the car since we bought it, even though it had been serviced and had a fresh MOT. Tried to charge for using a credit card to pay which is illegal. We did take it back the day after we bought it as it was juddering which theyd supposedly fixed however 3 months on still have the same problem

I don't normally leave reviews or use the internet as I am old school and would rather sort problems out in person but it is difficult for me in this situation as I am very angry. I have got my grandson to join the internet and write this for me. All i want to do is make you aware that this garage have no morals. I part exchanged my car which i have now found out i was paid well below market value but im a silly old fool and didn't realise at the time, i am aware that i am solely to blame and this man has to make money but i am a 73 old and feel like i have been taken advantage of.
