Got set up to fuel and no one appeared at the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes, and EVENTUALLY someone arrived. No notice on the door to say just popped away or anything.
Add this to the fact that they are usually rude anyway.....I'll queue at the Saisburys down the road in future.

Not impressed! Stopped, with my wife, to inflate the tyres on both of our vehicles. Was charged £1 for what should be free air, for (allegedly) 7 minutes, however once I had dealt with my wife's tyres the machine stopped working. Only after about 3 minutes! In addition I have always found this fuel station to be one of the most expensive in the area, both for fuel and for shop items. There are much better alternatives not too far away. Avoid if possible.

After using my debit card at the Esso, some fraudulent transactions appeared on my account. I know they were as a result of my card being cloned there as the fraud consisted of M6 toll charges and petrol spends at the Norton Canes services. Clearly the attendant thought they'd have a free ride home. I will make an official complaint soon.

They sell fuel, that's probably a bit expensive and their snacks are really expensive, so Sainsburys half a mile up the road is the usual destination and better value.
