I cannot thanks Trade Price Cars and Scott enough for the work they did on getting me on a cheaper finance payment, with a car that was nearly three years newer!
John White got the ball rolling and from there on in, TPC were absolutely brilliant in sorting out rearranging the finance to get the monthly payments down. Obviously with COVID-19 restrictions in place it wasn’t as straight forward as buying a car usually is, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was safe, secure and a pleasant experience for myself.
I have a disabled step son, so being able to speak on the phone wasn’t easy, but TPC used WhatsApp to communicate which really helped with my home life too.
The handing over of the car and the final stages were safe and secure. I was offered a tea/coffee whilst I waited, I shown around the car before be able to take my new car home.

We can not recommended trade price cars enough , from the first initial inquiry to the vehicle handover , Scott was the ultimate professional.
He sent a video showing the car we were interested in , which was great as we live over an hour away. All questions were answered swiftly through text or email before the viewing.
The atmosphere in the showroom was relaxed ,we were treated with honesty and without any pressure throughout. The whole experience exceeded expectations and are practically unconparable to previous companies that we have dealt with whilst purchasing vehicles.
The vehicle was serviced and any requests , road tax for example , all completed efficiently and to a high standard for our vehicle handover

Brilliant service from the team at Trade price cars. The staff are not your typical pushy sales people, instead they are very friendly and helpful and answer any questions that you might have. As I required a car very quickly they also managed to get everything sorted in a tight time frame. They had cars of all sizes and budgets available on their forecourt, so I was able to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. And if you have a less than perfect credit history (like I do) they are still able to help, and they had a company that would provide the finance that I needed. Fantastic service from Scott and the team on the purchase and part exchange of our car. This was our second visit, first time around after test drive the car was not for us and never felt pressured into buying something we weren’t happy with. This time after test drive we knew this was the car we wanted and was offered a decent price on current car for part exchange. Everything explained and all paper work completed easily and without fuss. Car came with new MOT, newly serviced and looked as good as new. Will not hesitate to use again when the time comes.

Being a Southend fan there’s no other place to go when looking for a car and I was not let down by everyone at trade price cars!! So helpful, transparent and enjoyable to deal with!! I had a few issues with my previous car payments and was sceptical of getting another car but they completely put my mind at ease, answered all of my questions and made me feel so confident in my decision!

Trade Price Cars is a brilliant car dealer shop. Ricky was one of the sales assistant that helped us. He was very professional and friendly. We didn't experience any hassle at all which was nice so we had time to think about whether we were happy with the car. We ended up buying the car in the end as we could see that this was a well reputable company and felt happy with the service. When we picked up the car, they explained the valet had mistakenly taken one of the keys home but they said they would give us a call when they found it. I was so happy with my car that I completely forgot about phoning them and my key arrived in the mail the next Tuesday!!!! They are totally organized and definitely look after their customers. I would definitely recommend Trade Price Cars :) & Speak to Ricky or Graham :)

Trial of one car, or offer of more cars to trial? Yes, even showed after they closed!
Finance was offered but didn’t take so I can’t say if it was a good rate or not.
Did I get a good price because I haggled? No haggling… well a little!
Warranty? Yes, a Platinum RAC for 6 months., and a check-up first
Was a GAP insurance offered? Yes, up to 3 years.
Did I feel pressurised to purchase the vehicle? Not in the slightest.
Did I feel pressurised to purchase the GAP or extra warranty? Had all the info given to me, and checked it out later at home.
Are the options good value? Much better than a BIG garage (but there’s always something better somewhere).
Would I recommend these? Absolutely.
Can’t fault them as they did the small scratch on the paintwork, but the valeting inside could have been more thorough.

I was nervous at first as I was worried about my credit rating but both Tyler and Alex made everything so simple and easy to process. From test drive (which wasn't just a short trip down the road but a full blown drive including going onto the A127 and Tyler was really accommodating as the drive included my son and grandson for the drive, so we got to test a full capacity vehicle drive and test the child seat too. Signing the documents was explained clearly and the whole process from test drive to picking the vehicle was three days,I'm so pleased.

I had such a horrible experience at one of the large supermarket car showrooms but right from the first phone call, Kevin put me at ease as to how this dealership operated and from then on everything was totally in line with their numerous 5 star reviews. I had seen a car online that I'd liked, phoned up in the morning, had a test drive in the afternoon (all COVID compliant) and put my deposit down straight away. There were no pushy salesman tactics, I was completely free to have a look at the car as long as I liked, ask as many questions as I needed to and even if I had decided that car wasn't for me, I would definitely have kept my eye on their website for other options and come back. The whole process was seamless. Kevin kept me up to date during the week whilst my car was MOTd and then Tyler dealt with the pick up the following week and was super helpful. After sales contact as well to check in and make sure everything was ok. I've been recommending them to everyone I know and turns out a few people just sing their praises back to me. Well done guys - great job!

I would personally like to say how well I was welcomed yesterday to purchase my car from tradeprice cars.
Within in a matter of four days from start to finish I was driving my new car back to Lowestoft. Peter who dealt with my car was very professional in his manner and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even had to wait later in his own time wait for final confirmation from finance company. Everything with tradeprice cars is so easy to arrange, I would like to mention that if you have struggled with poor finances in the past please do not be put off they will try there utmost to get you your prized car. I have justed purchased my third car from Peter in 5 1/2 years from them. The standard of cars and service is second to none, superb all rounders. My car I purchased was a 2012 BMW X1, but when I saw it for the first time it was immaculate and could easily been a 2020 model, fautless, I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone who like old fashioned respect and treatment and drive away there new pride and joy

Having not brought a newer used car for several years I was very anxious about the car buying experience. As soon as we arrived at the yard we were welcomed by friendly and honest staff.
Being a Saturday they were run off their feet but this didn't affect the quality and standard of service. Once purchased a collection date was organised and pick up was easy and straight forward, with lots of optional extras (warranty packages etc) offered.
We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks to Jack for his awesome service and all the team. Love my Duke!!

Alex,Grieg and Tyler great service and after care having a problem 24hrs off getting my car and staying in Scotland ,this was listened to and solved promptly, I would recommend their efficiency and don't fob you off like some places I've bought cars from before.They agreed to get problem and pay if need be.
I took their extended warranty for piece of mind as my car was 6 years old yet had a low mileage and suited my requirements.

What a team, when we found TradePriceCars online with a google search we noticed straight away the reviews and great ratings people had given them.
I can assure you as a Director of a Marketing Firm this is NOT easy to achieve. But they have very good reasons for so many great reviews.
The team (I spoke with Graham) were knowledgable, positive, encouraging and down to earth. Graham gave me plenty of good advice and a comprehensive solution to trading in my vehicle at a great price.
Applying for the finance online we were approved within a few hours and online shopping on their large list of cars straight away. We found new cars that were in our price range (something other dealers weren't willing to do until they'd bagged the sale).
We chose a nice car, better than we hoped for and got it financed, protected and ready for the road the same day. Awesome service, customer for life gained!!
