I went to see Scott at TPC with a certain budget and a modest 'wish list' of what car I wanted and some must haves, which I'm fairly sure everyone has. At that time they had nothing in stock that met my needs (my budget was not the biggest) but instead scott managed to work with my request and budget and sourced a car that exceeded what I had asked for and within budget! The car looks, feels and drives like something that should have cost way more money. Scott kept me upto date throughout and I never felt pressured even after he found one better than I had asked for. The sourced car was given a full service and a full years mot and treated exactly like every other car on the forecourt with attention to detail given. This team is a no pressure and no hard sale team that I can honestly give nothing less than 5 stars too.

Recently bought an Audi a1 from these guys. Stuart was amazing, my mum originally rung up to put a deposit down on this car and found him to be extremely helpful and informative. We arranged a viewing for the following day and on arrival Stuart and the team were very welcoming. Stuart was really good explaining things and pulled out all the stops to get the paperwork sorted out and arranged delivery of the car to avoid travelling back to collect it. I first contacted Trade Price Cars through their online chat facility late one evening as I needed a new family wagon. I was surprised, but very pleased to get a message back right away from someone in the team. Upon my 1st visit, I was very impressed with the setup at Trade Price Cars; all cars were immaculately presented, all staff very welcoming and there were certainly no pushy sales tactics. The initial car was not suitable for me (too small) but I received a call a few days later with another option, I headed over and the car was exactly what we were after. Went back again with my wife and son, again the team very super friendly and very helpful. Price offered for part exchange was competitive so was very happy to purchase through trade price cars. Absolutely excellent service TPC are brilliant! We recently purchased our second car from them within a 13 month period and were not disappointed. Even with all the Covid restrictions, their personal service remained excellent throughout and we will continue to use them for cars in the future. Got myself an amazing Golf R mk7.5. immaculate condiditon. Amazing service from the whole team. Especially Scott and Mitchell who made me feel welcome, and easily got me on the road in no time. My finance was not approved with other traders, but Scott got it all approved so easily. I appreciate everything. From the initial conversations on what my requirements were, to the photo taken as I left the premises were just the easiest and least complicated task I have ever endured in car purchasing. The car I purchased was immaculately presented, with everything needed in place. I've picked up dirtier cars from showrooms as brand new vehicles. The entire team were efficient, knowledgeable, focused and friendly. A big shout out to Peter Mathers who managed the transaction for me. Everything he said he would do was done when he said it would be, especially as I asked him to ready the vehicle early due to a family commitment. Would I purchase from these guys again? Absolutely.. Any regrets? Yes - I know it sounds cheesy, but I could have saved many thousands of pounds over the years by coming here instead of relying on main dealers. These guys have such a massive stock, there is always going to be something that suits your style and wallet. If there isn't, they will find it quickly. My experience was 10/10. I purchased a vehicle from these clowns in November 2020, and since then, it has been a very unpleasant transaction and service to deal with them. Since taking delivery of the vehicle, there has been several faults with the car – there is a considerable leak inside of the vehicle coming from the windscreen which drips all over the electronics and seeps quite far into the headlining – start/stop button doesn’t work properly and sometimes doesn’t even turn the vehicle on – when putting the vehicle into “P”, it automatically turns itself off which is quite dangerous. I contacted TPC, and explained these faults – I also explained that being a KEY WORKER (I work for a company who provided them with the safety screens for them to actually operate, as well as across the whole NHS and retail industry) that I cannot be without a vehicle and that this is needed for me to get back and forth to work, especially in the current climate, yet they didn’t seem to give any consideration for this, and have forced me to take 3 days off work (unpaid) due to them refusing to look at the vehicle otherwise, which is unacceptable. 2 days before collection, I received a phone call from one of their staff members, who was incredibly rude and obnoxious, who was asking for an address to collect the vehicle. I asked if they could provide me with a 2-hour window, just so I could see if I could get to work for a few hours and back to minimise my losses, and his exact words were (in an aggressive tone) “I don’t give two s****, I’ve been asked to get an address and I’m not bothered about anything else, so give me the address”. After this, I was shocked, and this person put the phone down on me. After messaging one of the sales guys about this, he came back to me and said “you better watch who you are talking to”, basically threatening me. After then phoning up the office and asking to make an official complaint, I received a phone call back 5 minutes after to say they had looked into this, and this other colleagues exact words were “I’ve looked into this and spoken to (said colleague), and I’ve worked with him for many years, and I wont be taking this matter further”. You pride yourselves in excellent customer service, yet you allow your colleagues to talk to customer like that?!? To say I was gobsmacked is an understatement. The day after collection (18/05/21), and I have sent 4-5 emails asking for a progress update on my vehicle, yet all of my emails are getting ignored. I called up at 12:24pm to get an update and had spoken to someone and was promised a call back – over an hour later and still no call back with regards to an update on my vehicle. I called back after nearly an hour and a half, to be told by their colleague that I have to wait for a senior person to contact me with regards to an update who was off today, then later on in the conversation to say he was working from home today. This proves they have done nothing to my vehicle. This colleagues attitude towards me was also quite aggressive, and refused to go to the workshop (next to their office I must say) and provide me with an update – he simply refused to provide me an update which is against the law. 3 hours after my original phone call and still no repsosne or update on my vehicle - how hard is it to communicate?!? I cannot post my full review - so please see additional comments for the remainder of my review!

I have just purchased my granddaughters first car from Trade Price Cars and can only say what a very professional, non pressure style experience it was. I dealt with with Stuart Connell who in an unhurried manner went through all the details of the car etc and not once did I feel he made any inroads into pushing the sale. I have in years gone by bought many cars from various dealers but never from a person and dealer that pays so much attention to the customers needs. I found these guys on auto trader. They called me up the same day saying I could come look at it, was really happy with condition of the car put a deposit on it same day. Thought the week we sorted all paper work over the phone and they made it really easy for me. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service. No problems and they sold me a stunner of a car.

Wow what a great experience. I had promised myself a Porsche from my early 20’s now at the age of 51 I could afford the treat!! I saw the car advertised on the website and got in contact with Steve. I put a deposit on the car and went and had a test drive, wow what a motor. Steve was brilliant throughout, he kept me updated every step of the way and delivered on all he promised. Thanks to the team for delivering the car closer to home. I now have a wonderful Porsche sat on my driveway, a lifetimes ambition and it was great having Trade Price Cars and Steve involved in it all. Have known about trade price cars for a couple of years and every time I've been looking for a car they have been helpful and not pushy which is a bonus. This time they had the perfect car for me and the deal was done with Kevin, completed from deposit to keys in 48hrs with no problems everything explained and thoroughly understood. Kevin made the experience so much easier than past car buying from other dealers. Will be happy to recommend to anybody .

The car is absolutely immaculate, it was MOT'd, serviced, valeted and checked the day before I collected it and the handover was perfect. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. I traded my car in which was also so easy. I felt extremely well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Its safe to say I am one satisfied customer! I highly recommend these guys!

WOW!! WOW!!! wow wow!!!!! Where do i start, We have always used a local company for our cars for many years, but unfortunately they didnt have what we was looking for!, so was very reluctant to buy elsewhere! But we found a ford ranger wildtrack at trade price cars, spoke to peter, and straight away we felt comfortable, we viewed the car, was not able to test drive the car, as they follow a tight covid guideline, which again made us feel more positive! We wanted a roller shutter on the car, which it didnt have, and they spent a whole day and a half looking for the best one they could find!! ( which they didnt have to do, as the vechile was for sale and advertised with no roller shutter!! They went above and beyond to make this possible for us, even making a 2 hour trip, and help financially towards this!! Which again they didnt have to do!! We dealt with nick who had everyone searching for 1 of these, and made it his goal to find 1, we also dealt with billy in the office via the phone, who was so so helpful and explained everything and answered any questions we had, the sale went through with peter who always answered the phone and again any questions we had he answered, himself and nick made this sale the easiest, and non stressful sale ever!! And really felt as ease, not once did we feel pressured or a nuisance for asking many questions, we have also extended our warranty with them after our FREE 6 months is up, and was also amazed with there rac free breakdown cover that was given to us for 12 months, this garage and these guys are brilliant!!! I highly recommend for anyone looking at purchasing a vechile, you wont be disappointed and you wont regret going, we are now looking at our daughters 1st car with these guys!!! 110%????

I can't rate TradePrice Cars high enough! From the moment I enquired about a potential purchase and part-ex of my old vehicle, Keith talked me through every step of the way. The service I received, the knowledge of all the cars, and the process was second to none. Keith made the experience enjoyable, and with all the covid measures they have in place at their HQ I felt extremely safe. I literally sat back whilst Keith sorted all the relevant paperwork, transferred my personal number plate, sorted my tax, and basically got the sale and transfer complete in no time. Peter called me after I did a part exchange valuation for my car on the website. Living in South Wales I wanted to make sure that I would get that price before diving 3 and a half hours. Peter went through everything with me and I sent him pictures of the car so he could have it checked. When I got to the shop everyone was great, took the car for a test drive and true to his word Peter ensured that the part-ex valuation was good and I left really happy with a lovely new car. Will definitely consider using them again - even through they are a 3 and a half hour drive from me!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Being from Manchester the trip was long and i was told by tradepricecars the day before i would have wait of 1 hour which was given by the lender. Upon arrival the lenders had put me to the back of the queue to be verified and told tradepricecars there was nothing they could do. I was very upset due to the long journey and money spent getting there, the lads at tradepricecars specifficaly Elliott and Ian did everything they could to make sure i get the car on the day, they had supported me to the point of telling the lender they will cancel their contract with them if they do not follow their agreement which i was very impressed with. Finally in the end with all the calls to the lenders and making sure the lenders did their job. We got our car! If i could give more stars i would. I will be a customer for a long time due to the great customer service here!!!!!

Tradepricecars are a well established car dealership in Essex. I was recommended by my partner to try them as she had many friends who used them with good reports. I sent an enquiry for a car in the evening, at nine am they next morning I was contacted by Scott, who arranged a convenient time for me to visit. The car was ready and I was able to test drive. All options regarding payment were set out clearly and there was no hard sell. Scott was very easy to talk to, clearly passionate and knowledgeable about his work. Having decided to purchase, they gave a very fair part exchange price for my vehicle and the whole process was quick,v easy and painless. Picked up the car today, reassured by the warranty and other little add ons such as half a tank of fuel and roadside assistance.
