Recently bought a Hyundai I40 Estate from Trade Price Cars and the experience could not have been better. I just turned up after seeing an ad on Gumtree. Nothing was too much trouble from getting the car from the back of the lot (moving other cars) to the coffee whilst that was done. To the test drive and finally the purchase. everything was well explained and simple. Thank you Peter for a different (better) buyer experience. And the car is going great as expected.

The car is like new and drives wonderfully. Peter was so helpful throughout the whole process and was always a phone call away if I ever had any questions or concerns. I don't know where to start they delivered my new car to me.. it took 3 hours because I live far away. the car was so clean inside and out. the driver that dropped off my new car was so cheerful kind and helpful. paperwork wise everything was taken care of for me all I had to do was tax and insure my new car. customer service was amazing any email I sent I was called or emailed back within 10 minutes. I actually don't think I could ask for anything more. The whole process was made easy. and I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying again in the future. Got my new car today and had a very positive and smooth process of part exchanging my vehicle, got a very good price on it as well, the personnel were fantastic, gave very good concise information, never at any point felt uneasy about the process from the point of contact to getting my keys and driving away.
Have complete trust with this company and certainly will consider using them again if I ever need another car or even need repairs as have a garage and MOT centre onsite. I began my search through Trade Price Cars website, which is very easy to navigate. The next day, we were able to set up an appointment to view the 3 Cars that were of interest. We met Scott who showed us all 3 vehicles, and who allowed us to take our time considering the options. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. We shopped on Tuesday and collected our new car on Thursday morning. We included a Trade in our purchase, and the whole process was very smooth. Based on this positive experience, I'd Certainly shop with TPC again.

Recently purchased a Mazda from Trade Price Cars. Prior to visiting them I had been to several other dealers, that proved an exhausting experience and were made to feel uncomfortable.
Not with Trade Price Cars. I read the online reviews and despite the positive feedback I was still skeptical. However I took a punt I decided to arrange a test drive, to which making that call was the best decision made.
My call was handled quickly and was reassured by both Nick and Tyler of how covid compliant they were and the vehicle would be sanitised prior to test drive.
On the day of the test drive, I was made to feel welcome and at no time I was put under pressure to make a decision, as they left me and the wife to inspect the vehicle and paperwork, but were always to hand and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and paperwork.
When I pointed out a few areas to address Tyler was more than happy to get them seen to and even reiterated that new 12 month MOT would be done, as it was under the 9 month threshold.
Their customer service was of the highest quality, with a sincere feeling of care and compassion to the customers wants and needs. With a bit of negotiation we made the purchase.
The vehicle was delivered a couple of days later, as promised and the driver was great too. He waited until I was completely satisfied with the paperwork and vehicle and the works requested and a full valet done too.
When I did have a query with the missing paperwork, they dealt with this straight away.
I normally don't post reviews but I can see why they have had good reviews and won awards. They really do destroy the myth of the car salesman and enstill you the buy from them with confidence. Well done Trade Price Cars.

I am so pleased with my new Ford Eco Sport from Trade Price Cars. The car itself was stunning and was ready to be viewed at a time that suited me. Upon arrival the site was fully Covid prepared and I felt very safe being in this environment. They gave me a great price on my part exchange and sorted me out a great PCP finance deal. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Purchasing a new car can be extremely stressful, but Trade Price Cars make it so much smoother! It was very easy to arrange a viewing, the test drive was pleasant and the area is perfect when testing out a new car with a variety of roads to try. I walked away the same day purchasing my new car, and collected it less than a week later! They throw in a lot of extras, which is a lovely added bonus on top of the great customer service! They gave my Polo a fresh MOT, put on brand new front tyres, fixed a stone chip in the wind screen, gave me 12 months RAC breakdown cover and even helped me tax the vehicle there and then. Basically made sure everything with the car was as close to perfect as possible, and assured me if they had missed anything I could contact them. Oh, and you get a nice TPC keyring for your new keys! All of this held NO extra fees/charges! Very impressed and would highly recommend this lovely bunch of people. It's not awkward in their waiting room at all like most places, there's good music playing and they make a good cuppa tea as well!

I’ve just purchased a car from trade price cars, I dealt with Scott and this is the easiest purchase experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I wasn’t able to make my initial appointment so Scott kindly sent me a video of the car I was interested in. When I visited for a test drive I took my little boy and the whole office were super friendly which my little lad really enjoyed. It was the same when I went to collect the car, Scott provided snacks and drinks whilst we waited. There was no high pressure sales that I have experienced elsewhere and the car was prepared to a high standard. I would have no issue in recommending trade price cars to anyone and will be going back when either I or my wife need another car. I can’t thank them enough for such a good experience and I am really happy with the car.

Wow! Fabulous service from Scott (and Billy) when deciding to buy myself a little runaround. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. From finding it online, and Scott answering all my questions, to test driving and collecting it yesterday, nothing was too much trouble. The car was beautifully presented (in fact I’d like them to clean it regularly, because I’m sure it’ll never be so beautiful when I clean it!) , and they have lots of different cars in stock. What was really nice was hearing how happy other customers were as well, it was very busy!!
And to exceed all of my expectations, Scott even found me a quicker route home, brilliant service! Would highly recommend, and would look there again in the future. Well done guys!

Great company to deal with! Called on the Monday and arranged a test drive of a Golf I’d seen online, arrived there to meet Scott as arranged and an even better car was waiting for me! Test drive done, good part ex deal arranged, finance all sorted very quickly and picked my car up the next day all gleaming and waiting for collection!
I was very impressed with the service I received, it was far better than the main dealer I’d bought my previous car from!

I had a terrific experience buying from trade price cars.
I am from Northern Ireland and was a little apprehensive about not being able to view the car before committing to buy it but Steve made the process very easy. I was sent a video of the car to get a good idea of the condition.
I arrived at the showroom to find the condition of the car was as described - excellent. Brilliantly cleaned and valeted also.
I met Tyler who took me through the process of paying for the car, gap insurance, warranty etc. Really nice guy and all was explained well. The complementary 6 month RAC warranty is a big bonus.
I would highly recommend this dealer and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Bought a car though these guys a couple of weeks ago, and the experience was positive. They dealt with the finance company, sorted se mechanical work that I requested at cost price. There were a couple of very minor issues with agreed contact, but in fairness to them they're working during a lockdown in a way that's not usual for their business... And ultimately it's not that big a deal. I dealt with Tyler and Chris for the most part, and they were good. My queries were probably more down to my naivety about buying through this type of dealership.
Would I go to them again? Definitely. In fact I'm already planning to for my wife's next car.

We bought our car from Stuart yesterday after already speaking on the phone and leaving a deposit which we were so grateful for as held the car of our choice for a week when we were in the position to complete the purchase. Warm friendly welcome from the first instance with all COVID rules adhered to. Could not recommend Trade Price Cars enough! We originally purchased a car from a different company and had nothing but trouble from start to finished we had the car a whole week! But with Trade Price Cars it was a breath of fresh air. Tyler made the whole experience of buying a car so much easier, even the after care was spot on. We had a slight problem with the boot we was told to bring it in and they would sort it no problem was too big! And I’m absolutely in love with my Ford Kuga!
