Picked up my car from Trade Price cars a week ago. I’ve bought a few cars from different dealers over the last few years. I can definitely say this was the smoothest car purchase I’ve ever made. Scott was brilliantly helpful and quick to reply to any queries I had. I was stuck without a car due to a previous dealer and trade price were great. I found a car and enquired about it. Within minutes I had Scott call to discuss all about the car and I even picked it up a matter of days later. The car had just under (a matter of days) 9 months MOT on it and before I even mentioned that it had been given a fresh new one which is a great thing they offer. Thanks a lot guys ????????????

Bought my first car from Peter and Elliot, terrified as it was a very last minute purchase that was needed as soon as possible. Having a lot of questions and concerns, not knowing the entire process, the two were very polite, patient and understanding! Not only that, I left with my first car. The entire team of staff were friendly, and incredibly helpful. My partner and I walked in slightly stressed and on edge, but we left in a new car, laughing and smiling. Very pleased and easy transaction paid a small deposit after finding the car online, went to view the car and take a test drive on the Wednesday and the car was delivered on the Friday happy days. Now very happy with our purchase over all and love how friendly and approachable Trade Price Cars were. Will happily return in the future and recommend to others we were starting to give up with other companies no good experiences being had but feeling positive about the whole experience from here.

I discovered Trade Price Cars by chance, looking I discovered Trade Price Cars by chance, looking on the web for an used car with a part exchange on the web. Scott from TPC was very quick contacting me and very helpful giving all the details and information I needed to decide. He also sent a video of the car. The evaluation of my car was very good too. He very kindly agreed to postpone the date of the exchange because I was self-isolating. The car was delivered home and it was exactly as described. All documents in order and all procedures with DVLA done. Scott was always pleased to help communicating via Whatsapp or on the phone. Great cars and top service. Highly recommended

From the personalised video Lee made showing me around the car, through to the brilliant and consistent communication throughout, I can’t fault them.
After the uncertainty of COVID I wasn’t sure if I’d qualify for finance, but the team found me a great deal straight away and even pushed for a better rate. It always felt like they were on my side, which I hear isn’t always the case when buying a car.

They only thing that let the overall experience down was the after care. I have phoned and emailed several times to ask about paperwork and spare key and I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointing when it could have been a 5 star experience.

Made enquiries for a pre owned car that I saw online and was dealt with by sales person Tyler who gave me all of relevant info on the car. After leaving a deposit a collection date was agreed and on the day met Tyler and some of the team who were all very professional and accommodating and it was very reassuring to see that I was dealing with a professional outfit and not an online ‘dodgy dealer’.

My second time using TPC, first time being look after by Scott. I requested to book a test time and within about a minute Scott gave me a call to get it book in! When I met Scott he was really friendly and extremely helpful, he was able to answer any questions I had and explain everything that I needed to know (I was updating from an old banger to new modern car so loads of information to take in). Scott explain all the additional extras I could take out when purchasing the car; Gap insurance, longer warranty etc. I traded in my old car and received a very fair part ex offer. The car had less than 9 months MOT left so TPC done a fresh MOT and service for me. An added perk was that I received 12 months RAC breakdown cover. Very happy with my experience the second time round, I will continue to recommend and use TPC again!

I thought I had purchased a car 5 days ago, I was meant to receive the vehicle tomorrow. But after chasing this company daily for 5 days for an update they told me I have been rejected for finance and given a p*ss poor apology.
Absolute joke, I've had finance for years with no issue, seems like they sold the car to someone else and are now covering their tracks.
I know how car finance works, if you get rejected on the lower rate you will find a lender but just have to pay more a month. I was given this option yesterday but not today?
Phoned earlier to ask for an update and the incompetent staff didn't even have the decency to phone me back, they sent a text.
Absolute shocking customer service. Can't imagine treating a customer this way. Sleazy, incompetent sales men! Will NEVER deal with them again!

Dealing with trade price cars was an absolute pleasure. Lee was extremely patient, very professional and very confidentially explained the features and specifications in a simple manner. The buying of my BMW was so easy for me just because I purchased it from trade price cars. The best part - Elliot and his colleges (don't remember names of the three gentlemen) stood with me the entire time and made the buying experience enjoyable. Because I had an issue with my surname, they had to spend almost half of their day just for me contacting the dvla and the bank to solve the issue. Most importantly they kept their promise that I would drive away with my new car at the end of that day.

From the very moment I made the first call to Trade Price Cars I was put at ease. They aren't like other dealerships, they take the time to listen to what you need, what you are looking for, and more importantly why, to be able to understand and assist. Sandy did this without any pressure and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
When I attended for my test drive, Scott was amazing and continued with the same excellent service without me feeling railroaded into anything, allowing me the time to make the right decision for me. Scott was readily on hand to answer any queries about the vehicle but gave me the space to inspect the vehicle at my leisure and provided me the headspace to make a decision, its invaluable and was the first time I have left a dealership having purchased a vehicle with no second guessing - I knew it was right as there was no pressure!
Ian from the finance team continued the brilliant service. Again, taking the time to understand my situation fully and make recommendations accordingly without any pressure. He, like the rest of the team, try their hardest to do the best for you as a customer - he secured me a fabulous deal so much better than I ever could imagined or was offered elsewhere.
Although Ian, Scott and Sandy were simply fantastic, the whole team were super friendly and professional. I cannot recommend or praise Trade Price Cars highly enough.
For now I'm happy to enjoy my new Discovery and rave about them to anyone who will listen, but there is no question in my mind that even though they are not round the corner, the journey is worth it, this is where I will return when I'm looking for my next car!

I originally saw a car via autotrader, made an online enquiry. Scott was amazingly helpful and within no time at all we were discussing delivery dates. I would like to mention that Trade Price Cars are based in Essex and I live in Cornwall! Unfortunately circumstances at home changed and I had to cancel the car. Scott was understanding and assisted me through the cancellation process.
However, literally 2 months later after many regrets I contacted Scott and asked him to find me a car. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock but I was assured and confident he would work his magic and source me one. I was kept informed about auctions, (even paid a deposit on one car that wasn’t purchased as it went over budget) I was sent pictures of vehicles in upcoming auctions. We missed a few but then they found one!
I had complete reassurance that the car wouldn’t be delivered to me until she had gone through the preparation process (around a week)
Poor Scott was messaged daily by myself for updates ???? even on his day off he replied! This guy is truly awesome!
The came the delivery! As it’s over 300 miles and the additional issue of unexpected staff shortages the delivery was sourced by a different company. Unfortunately the first planned delivery date didn’t happen. I was truly gutted but Scott was amazing and organised delivery for 2 days later. Phenomenal task due to logistics etc. Delivery went super smoothly. Driver contacted me to arrange a convent time around school runs and work. When Mark arrived he was also amazing! Smartly dressed and really didn’t appear to have driven for over 6 hrs to get here! Mark was friendly and super helpful in explaining paperwork and showing me around my new car. He explained what process he needed for the trade in! Yes he at least had means to get back to Essex ????
Scott was even prepared for me to message once my car had arrived! Even getting his son ready for school he took the time to reply and help with a few minor questions I had!
Even with the issues we had during the process I honestly cannot recommend them high enough! The team are phenomenal and such high standards . You can really see how they are award winners.
I’m super proud of my number plate displaying the company as they really are magically perfect at their jobs!

I went to TPC after visiting a few of the other well known dealers in Essex looking for a Land Rover Discovery. I have always been apprehensive buying a second hand car but as soon as I met Peter at TPC I was instantly put at ease and told my wife that this dealership was different to any other dealership I’ve ever been too. Peter was a breath of fresh air and felt more like a mate than a pushy second hand car salesman (much appreciated Peter).
There was no hard sale, in fact there was no sales talk at all as we started talking about motorbikes and they don’t even sell them ????.
After our test drive I informed Peter that I was going to go away and think about it and again there was none of your standard sales talk (let me speak to my manager, or this is a one day offer, Etc).
I phoned Peter back later that day to inform him that I will be taking the Discovery and it was plain sailing from there. Peter phoned me every day to inform me on the cars progress and when I collected my car a week later it had new tyres, brake disks, pads, remote control, headphones and everything else he promised.
They also gave me a very fair price on my trade in’s too.
This is the first ever review that I have left on any platform as I’m not the type of person that writes these things but credit where credit is due, I’ll definitely be back if I ever need another car in the future.

Purchased a 13 plate fiesta from here and I can honestly say it is the best place to go for a quality car for miles around. I've had the car for a week now and all seems to be as they said a very solid and reliable car.
The sales people know their vehicles very well and aren't pushy in the slightest unlike others places I've been to whilst shopping around.
They was very helpful and understanding of my situation, they held the car on their lot for over a week whilst I had my funds become available. Other garages use pushy sales tactics to try and make you take a car faster than you'd feel comfortable to do.
I was allowed to test drive the car twice so I was able to make an informed decision, they also took my old car off my hands which I was very thankful for.
I know when I eventually need another car I will definitely be returning here.
