I just went here for the automatic car wash as I didn't want to spend too much on cleaning the car and it was late anyway (all the other car wash companies were already closed).
The prices vary between about £3.80 to £6.49 depending on the program that you choose. The car was extremely dirty and was cleaned to a reasonable standard using the most expensive program. Nothing beats hand wash of course but then again you will pay £20 or more in town (and you need to make sure you go to the right place ;-)).
The drying machine didn't really seem to do much but then again my expectations weren't so high.
Note: to have your car washed first buy a ticket at the till and then with the assigned code you just park your car inside the wash and the machine does everything for you.

The only Waitrose that half the staff have poor costumer service! Its quiet noticeable that most staff are selected for their look and age rather than experience, a bit like you have walked in to Hollister. Don't have any problem with that but the issue is they have clearly not had a good level of training.
For example, a few times I was waiting for at least 40-50 second for the staff to finish chatting before I get served, their talk was not work related.
A lot of time, no greetings or smile which is the very basic level of costumer service.
Many don't even offer to put what you have bought in the plastic bags. Tesco,Asda have far better costumer service which is consistent every time I have bought anything from them.
I am a pharmacist and in every occasion if I serve any of my costumers over the counter I greet them with a smile and I asked them if they need a bag and I help them to put their prescription or other items in it. It is simply a good costumer service.
For a supermarket that everything is slightly more expensive a good level of costumer service is expected, at least matching Asda!

Just a regular supermarket petrol station with a decent sized shop attached that sells a limited selection of Waitrose things. The fuel is supplied by Shell and super unleaded and AutoGas are available. There is an ATM outside.
