I rung up and spoke to a very polite and helpful man who was very patient with me having a blonde moment. I was booked in the same day and I received a warm welcome and they completed the work quickly. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

As I am often a single woman when visiting garages I get very warry about not letting myself be taken advantage of.
Even though it was all male staff on the day of my visit I've never felt in such good hands. Everybody was polite and explained everything in detail in a non patronising manner that was clear to understand.
There was no rush to make a decision on if I purchased the services or not and even the offer to hold my car until I could arrange a tow service.
When I did decide to go ahead they've completed a thorough job and taken everything into consideration.
A special thank you to the two young lads in reception for being so helpful and chatty and the manager of the store who did such an amazing job in the decisions made today.

To start with my car is 13 years old in very good condition well looked after I keep all the needed repairs up to date and just as I expect to get good use out of my car I look after my car.
I was pleased with the MOT price Kwik fit was charging me when I brought my car in the person who dealt with probably could not believe it was in such good condition and probably felt he had to find something wrong so he told me there was a repair needed on the right hand side on the underside which was a minor leak but he also pointed the air freshner was in the way of the drivers vision I have been driving since I was 17 and this was the first time this was made an issue of so just not sure I got a failed certificate and the cost of repair was quoted as £100 while another Garage charged me £35 for the same job and parts I am sure you will understand why I am not pleased you asked for feedback I have given my feedback.

Visited here to have my exhust checked and they checked this straight away. They were professional and quick and honest. As they couldn't find any fault with the exhust system and said it would need further investigation within the engine bay area which they couldn't do at the time in a quick exhust check. So appreciate the honest assessment.

Came in with a broken exhaust after being quoted £110 by my mechanic and told to shop around as he wouldn't be able to fix it for another week, initially quoted £180 by kwik fit but then they rang someone and got it down to £130, said it would take 2 hours but the part came in within 5 minutes and all in all was fitted and finished within half an hour same day so was very pleased with the service. Free drinks and seating in the waiting area and they didn't mind that I had my dog with me. Great service really happy.

Not only obtaining a matching tyre pair from across town (and matching the online price for 2nd pair) they fitted a spare vw nutlock cap they had in spares bucket as id lost one of mine all within 45minutes of arriving.

Had tyre pressure checked as driver info flashed low pressure. Waited a little while but checked out ok. Was late Sunday afternoon to be fair but overall good service. Disabled access walk not too good as my wife uses sticks so bit of a drag and pavement somewhat uneven. Not sure could get scooter/wheelchair through door either.

Was on my way to different Kwik fit for tyre change but had to dive into the Osmaston branch as the tyre suddenly went flat.
The guys there were excellent and fitted my spare wheel so I could make it to the original appointment.

Booked an MOT on line the day before, I chose a time slot. Arrived 10 mins early, car got dealt with straight away. Sat and had a free coffee in the nice warm waiting area. 40 mins later I was back on the road. Manager is a great guy, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend ,this centre.
